Evolving features

Pros

Every day we really value how attentive the customer support team is and how quickly they respond. Its features are also constantly improving and that ongoing development is essential for our business.

Cons

At times a few points that feel very important to our business are not taken into account such as the scheduling for cross selling partners.

Pros

Customizable setup is a real strong point since it can be adapted to pretty much any business scenario and specific operational need.

Cons

Connection to the distribution portal is a weak spot. This module also comes with very limited support and guidance which makes it harder to handle properly.

Frustrating and outdated setup

Pros

At first the monthly price sounded appealing and the promise of launch support, ongoing follow up and simple daily use really convinced me. Unfortunately that is not how it turned out at all.

Cons

On mobile it is not responsive at all which is unacceptable for a company that has been around for more than 10 years. The interface is complicated and not user friendly and even essential daily tasks in short term rentals require too many clicks or going back and forth constantly. The email templates sent to clients are poorly designed often include incorrect information and look amateurish rather than professional for this industry. Listings published through this channel are almost invisible on platforms for example appearing in a language other than French. Support tickets are pointless with either no response or answers that do not solve anything. It is also impossible to manage teams such as service providers or cleaning staff.

Pros

Really simple to work with, with lots of customization options available. The interface is clean and enjoyable to use.

Pros

A very useful piece of software. The onboarding process was very simple and the Channel Manager offers a good variety of channels.
