“handling guest messages made easy”
Pros
Being able to send guest messages straight through this tool has been a lifesaver for me. I can handle reservation needs, reply to questions and even launch promotional campaigns all from one place. It really makes guest communication much more manageable.
Cons
Getting the insights I need still means exporting raw data and working through spreadsheets which takes up far too much time. It becomes especially frustrating when things are busy. Even pulling basic data is harder than it should be and customizing reports is quite difficult.

Pros
Finding my data is convenient with this tool as long as I have an internet connection. The feature set they offer isn't very strong although it's clear some thought went into how everything was designed. As a new user, I also needed a while to become familiar with all the available functions.
Cons
It doesn't have the depth or complexity needed for hotel chains. The system feels too basic for businesses like ours that require advanced event management tools and detailed reporting. Because of these limitations, we end up needing additional software to cover essential business needs which is frustrating and inconvenient.

“Reliable hotel operations platform”
Pros
For a property like ours which runs on cloud based systems, this software is the perfect fit, mainly for small to mid-sized hotels especially hotel chains. It also works well for vacation property owners and renters managing multiple properties. The system includes useful tools for front desk operations, online bookings and event management.
Cons
A downside is that it's missing some capabilities like guest experience reporting, marketing tools and review management which may or may not matter depending on what a customer or client needs.

“all features in one tool”
Pros
Having the backup, invoicing and messaging features all in one place is really appealing. It's convenient to handle everything from a single platform without needing to switch elsewhere to finish tasks.
Cons
The payroll section still needs some improvement. Adding a few more features would make it more user-friendly and the tabs should be arranged better so they're easier to locate.
