Pros
Managing multiple OTAs from one place is really useful and I also like that reservations and availability are all connected online in one system.
Cons
I'd really like to see check in and check out features added. It would also be even better if room bookings could be moved more easily after being assigned.

Pros
Keeping the lowest rate line under control is a big advantage. By setting a minimum rate for OTA listings it helps reduce price gaps between OTAs and reservations which makes revenue management much easier. One thing to watch out for is that adding more OTA connections can increase extra fees especially with domestic OTAs where additional costs tend to apply. As for domestic OTA setup, usage and support policies, their operations team is available for consultation and can provide tailored guidance so even first time users or people who are not very familiar with the system can use it with confidence.
Cons
The amount of coordination required with each OTA when linking or suspending listings along with other services like Keycafe feels like it could become quite heavy. If integration with services such as Keycafe were possible hotel building management would likely become much more efficient so I hope this can be considered.

Pros
Running a lot of vacation rental rooms means dealing with a huge number of reservations every day and it helps keep that under control. Being able to confirm bookings, make changes, sync calendars and block rooms with less effort is a big advantage. It's also convenient for tracking payment status.
Cons
At times room changes made in it don't seem to update right away even after some time has passed and it's frustrating when blocked dates or payment statuses don't switch over properly.
