Pros
Biggest advantage is how affordable it is to get started. I compared several services and both the initial setup cost and the monthly fee were the lowest with this one so I was able to introduce the features I needed without stretching the budget. It feels especially attractive for small accommodation businesses that want to keep costs under control while still putting the necessary tools in place.
Cons
The area I most want to see improved is usability. Connecting with domestic OTAs required support assistance which felt a bit inconvenient. Also some buttons that should not be used to avoid mistakes are not very clear so the interface can be confusing. If the management screen became more user friendly and users could handle setup and operations on their own more completely it would be much easier to use.

Pros
Booking and property synchronization has been very dependable which is essential for daily operations. The platform keeps reservations consistent across channels and it offers very good value for the money.
Cons
Interface feels a bit dated and could be more modern and accessible. Certain settings and configuration options are hard to locate and the initial setup requires some time to get used to.

Pros
The high level of customization really stands out and I feel like I can set things up exactly the way I want. It also has a very wide range of functions so a lot of useful features are already included. Another big plus is the customer support. Whenever something is unclear contacting the support center leads to a quick response which is very reassuring.
Cons
Because there are so many settings available it took a while before I got used to how everything works and it felt a bit difficult at first. Also the number of booking sites included in the monthly fee seems a little limited which gave me the impression that the design feels somewhat simple. If the overall look were a bit more polished and visually refined I think it would be even better.

Pros
Support is very dependable. Except on weekends and holidays I usually get a response within two business days which gives me peace of mind. Another thing I appreciate is that the explanations are not just written text, they also use proper photos and screenshots together so the instructions are much easier to understand. It's also a big plus that I can install the booking engine on my own website for free.
Cons
The booking engine design feels a bit plain. Since it's free I can't really complain too much but the overall look seems somewhat simple and not especially stylish or cute. When I try to match the design to my own website it tends to feel a little off so it's hard to maintain visual consistency. As a result it gives the impression that users are being sent off to an external site.

Pros
Compared with a lot of other systems in this price range this one actually delivers on what many others only advertise. It may not look as flashy as some competing platforms but once you start using it it becomes clear that it does more of what you really need while also helping you save money. A lot of other tools seem to rely heavily on marketing to look more valuable and justify charging more when in reality their features should cost about what this software charges. The pricing here feels much more fair for what you get.
Cons
Its appearance can feel a bit outdated compared to other options but honestly once you start working in the system and using it regularly you get used to it. In the end that becomes one of the least important details.

“affordable but frustrating setup”
Pros
Pricing was the biggest advantage. It was a low cost PMS that let me pay only for the features I actually needed and it could be tailored to fit my small hotel. Once I got used to it it was fairly simple to work with although it definitely required some time to figure out. I also appreciated that there was no contract required.
Cons
There were quite a few downsides. Support was only offered through email and since the team was based in Germany help was limited to their business hours. They often pushed you back to the FAQ section and if you asked something already covered there (even when your situation was slightly different) the replies could come across as condescending. With that, every part of the system seemed to have its own added cost and setting everything up involved a lot of trial and error. A number of things I had with other PMS platforms just were not available here including a more user friendly interface and certain reports like a pace report. Changing guest reservations between dates or rooms was also awkward and could sometimes make the system freeze. OTA connections were manageable but not particularly simple. It also lacked a built in way to charge credit cards so doing pre authorizations took a lot more time than it should have.

Pros
Having the PMS and website controller all managed in one place is a big advantage. Being able to use the booking engine was also a very important deciding factor. In fact having that booking engine available is extremely helpful. I just hope the pricing stays reasonable and doesn't go up.
Cons
The site's GUI feels a bit hard to get used to. It's also difficult to understand things like how to display the booking engine image gallery. I'd really like the manual to be improved a lot more especially so people can follow it and handle setup on their own. There also aren't many templates available yet. On top of that I wish the phone support could be more polite and attentive. Lastly Rakuten and Jalan fees are too expensive.

Pros
Using the software, I get the sense that the controller and reservation management are well integrated and the fucntions you get for the cost feels exceptionally strong. It also connects with OTAs without any trouble which has been very reassuring as a host.
Cons
Since most of the service is geared toward English speakers setting up my own site felt a little difficult at times. I really wish there were simpler, clearer Japanese explanations and much easier guidance on how to customize the site.

Really affordable software with a ton of features packed in. It handles just about everything from channel and booking management to payment processing which makes it incredibly useful.
Cons
Interface feels a lot like something from Windows 97 so it can come across as pretty clunky. Setting everything up can also be challenging to figure out since there are so many customization options available.

Cons
There are constant glitches. The most recent problem is that I can't log in to my account and getting fast help isn't possible since support is only available through email.

It clearly shows the current OTA reservation status at a glance which helps a lot with preventing double bookings. The support team is also friendly and the daily OTA sync works well. I cannot directly compare it with other OTA controllers because I have not used them but in terms of cost versus performance I do not see any issues.
Cons
Even on holidays technical support feels a bit weak. It would be much better if technical support by phone were available as well. Also having an app that lets us manage schedules on a smartphone would be really helpful. Since we have only recently started using it I would like to keep watching and see what kinds of issues come up going forward.

Getting started feels fairly approachable and the email follow up features seem well put together. The explanations are also clear and easy to understand.
Cons
Since the system can do a lot it would be even better if there were a more complete manual that made the overall structure easier to grasp instead of only covering common questions. Because there are so many functions it also gives the impression that it takes quite a bit of time before you can really use it confidently. Another issue is that the text on the site looks too small.

Pros
After spending time learning how to use it I can manage listings from Japanese OTAs all the way to overseas OTAs in one place which is a big advantage. Before this the site controller I was using didn't have that level of network coverage so I really appreciate how useful this is.
Cons
Customer support feels a bit limited. Also when I run into something I don't understand during busy or urgent situations having to ask by email can be somewhat inconvenient.

Honestly there's not much positive to mention because the interface feels cluttered and confusing.
Cons
Trying to customize the calendar took me forever because I wanted to make it clear enough for my wife who isn't comfortable using computers every day. After all that effort none of the changes were saved. That seems to happen a lot with this system, you change something and then nothing actually happens. I had the same issue with the text hovering over bookings: I updated it but it made no difference at all. Even the help documentation doesn't line up with the actual product which makes it feel like they keep updating the UI without bothering to update the guides.

Pros
After working with six different online booking platforms this one stands out as the most user friendly and simplest one to set up and manage. It's affordable, user friendly, packed with features and refreshingly free of bugs. The Xero and PayPal integrations work exceptionally well and have helped us do things we honestly didn't think were possible. Their tech support is also quick to respond and clearly knows the product inside out. I almost never take the time to leave reviews but this team really deserves the praise. Nothing but positive things to say so keep it up!
Cons
There really aren't any major downsides. If I had to mention something, it would be that they don't provide employee training in Spanish. That said the system is so user friendly that we haven't actually needed much support when training our staff.

The integration with other systems is really solid. Being able to connect it with Google Calendar is especially useful and I also appreciate that it works with LINE.
Cons
One drawback is that it does not seem to be widely used on Japanese travel booking sites. On top of that the setup process can be hard to understand and the UI feels a bit outdated.

Pros
It is highly customizable and gives excellent support for rental workflows with a level of flexibility that can really be adapted to your own needs. It has helped us cut down the amount of time we used to spend on booking management quite a lot. New reservations can now be handled fully automatically or with very little manual work. Also synchronization across all sales channels is automatic and secure which makes daily operations much more efficient.
Cons
Having some experience with software customization along with knowledge of HTML and CSS is very useful during setup especially when you want to make more specific individual adjustments.
