“cloud-based !!”
Pros
Being fully cloud based is a big plus since there's nothing to install on a server and the interface is extremely user friendly. Everything feels clear, easy and simple to work with.
Cons
The platform is still in the early stages of operational use so new functions are being added regularly. A few of the "nice to have" features are still on the way but that hasn't affected the platform's performance. In some ways being onboard at this stage is actually useful because we're able to give input on many of the upcoming developments.

“modern cloud based standout”
Pros
Right away this doesn't come across like a typical PMS system. The interface feels modern, polished and sophisticated. Since it's cloud based we also no longer have to worry about sync issues at all which has been a huge improvement.
Cons
Honestly the only downside is not finding the software much earlier. They're still refining some of the smaller features and parts of the dashboard but I don't really consider that a negative because it gives us a chance to point out which features matter most to us.

“Fast Reservations”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy because the system is user friendly and simple to figure out so there was no need for extensive training. Rates and client profiles are organized really well which makes creating reservations incredibly fast. We can add plenty of guest notes and set reminders so important details do not get missed. The reporting is also customizable making it simple to pull the information needed for month end tasks. There are lots of other really useful features too.
Cons
Have no drawbacks to mention for now.
