complete and user friendly fit

Pros

Right from the start this software has felt like a very complete and well rounded system that's also user friendly. Getting around the different program areas we use (whether it's rental cabins, RV sites, boats or P.O.S. items) is easy and convenient. Entering and managing reservation details is also simple from creating bookings and tracking payments to pulling up guest history and sending notifications.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. During the setup of our resort in the software, the team worked closely with us to customize the system to fit our business needs and we ended up with the best version of the product for our operation.

Easy to use from anywhere

Pros

This package covers everything we need. Moving over to this software was simple and completely trouble free. I absolutely love that we can enter and keep track of reservations, guest lists, revenue reports and more from multiple devices no matter where we are.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints about this product.

Pros

Having a cloud based system is exactly what works for resort owners who are constantly on the move and juggling a busy schedule.

Cons

The customization options and reporting features are still being adjusted and could use more refinement.

booking and guest emails made simple

Pros

From booking guests to checking what's coming up in the next week the whole process feels very simple. The system also sends customizable pre arrival emails automatically which saves me from having to think about it. I can quickly compare how things are going against last month or last year at a glance. It's user friendly and whenever I need assistance support is only a click away.

Cons

I don't have any real issues. If something ever comes up I reach out to support and it gets taken care of.

Pros

It handles cabin rentals by the night or week and it also works well for boat and motor rentals.

Cons

There's a lot of information and many numbers to enter so it can be time consuming but there really isn't another way around it.

Pros

Right away the sheer number of options and customization choices stood out. The platform can be used in several different ways which gives businesses a lot of flexibility to modify it to their needs. It's also fairly user friendly and whenever questions come up, customer support is quick to step in and help walk you through any issue.

Cons

Setup and data entry can always be something people complain about but honestly that comes down to us more than the software. Once all the data is entered such as client lists, contact details, reservations, property information, units, add ons and everything else, the system works really well.

Pros

From both sides of the experience this system works really well. It's just as simple for our guests and vacation search users to figure out as it is for me as the main person managing it. The platform is very user friendly and any changes or upgrades are handled quickly and without any trouble. It also genuinely feels like it was built with my specific needs in mind which makes using it even better.

Cons

Anything in the software or process that didn't feel right to me or wasn't as convenient to use was addressed and adjusted when needed. Like most software some parts can feel a little technical but that just comes with the territory. At this point I really don't have anything I dislike about it.

built perfectly for resorts

Pros

After trying several reservation systems for our Lake Vermilion resort this software has performed better than any of the others. The biggest reason is that it was designed specifically for resorts instead of being a hotel based system that was later adapted. Those other platforms can function but they come with a lot of limitations. Resorts usually deal with minimum stay requirements while hotels are often built around one night stays. On top of that resorts offer things like boat rentals, fishing guides, meal plans and other amenities that typical hotel systems don't handle well. It addresses all of those needs. It's very user friendly and the resort owner can make changes directly without needing a software technician which matters because no two resorts operate exactly the same way. Owners can add or remove amenities whenever needed. It's also accessible on mobile which is a big plus when you're constantly on the move. The biggest advantage is the online booking and payment feature that connects with your financial institution. That saves resort owners from spending valuable time answering calls for reservations especially when they're busy with other work or just trying to have time with family. Since many reservations happen after hours that feature is especially valuable. If you run a resort this is absolutely a system worth recommending!

Cons

We really don't have any negatives about the platform to point out.
