charged for nothing

Pros

Absolutely nothing positive to mention. We never even got the chance to use their services yet they still charged us a lot. They had the worst customer service representative I've ever dealt with, extremely arrogant and unpleasant to speak to.

Cons

The customer service was terrible and we were overcharged for services we never even used.

Great integrations!

Pros

One of the biggest wins with this software is how well it connects with 'remotelock'. Having the PIN door access details automatically included in the guest guidebook is incredibly useful. Another feature that's absolutely worth it is getting the guest's actual email address instead of those random system generated booking.com, expedia or airbnb emails. That makes it possible to communicate with guests outside the usual walled garden. On top of that these features and plenty more are included at no cost in the basic plan which makes the value even better.

Cons

Dashboard could use a bit more flexibility. It would be helpful to rearrange the widget order based on personal preference. I'd also really like a widget that shows the booking along with the answers to custom questions instead of needing to open a separate window to view that information.

Payments done right

Pros

Between the upsell options, payment handling, user friendly setup and responsive client support this has been a really positive experience to use.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into anything I dislike about it.

Upsell works brilliantly

Pros

Connecting it with a different software (Beds24) was easy and setting up upsell payments was simple to put in place. The support team is also very responsive whenever help is needed.

Cons

User parameter options are still quite limited and there's no mobile app yet. Having that would make access from a phone much more convenient.

All in One Payment Automation

Pros

Having payment scheduling, upsell tools, deposits, KYC and more all available through a single URL link has been a huge win for us. It lines up perfectly with our automation strategy and keeps everything in one place.

Cons

It's hard to come up with any real downside because we've been very happy with the product.

Responsive support every time!

Pros

Working with their team has been really easy. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue they respond quickly and handle it in a timely way.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any drawbacks off the top of my head.

automated payments that just work

Pros

Running direct bookings for my vacation rental business became much simpler once I started using this software. It handles the full payment process automatically so guests can pay 50% upfront and then the remaining balance is charged 30 days before check in (much like the bigger booking platforms). Security deposits are automated too which means I no longer have to process refunds manually. I'm also able to offer several upsells to guests which is a nice bonus. Other than that it's very affordable since I'm only paying a few dollars per month.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is a dedicated mobile app. Adding the link to my home screen works well enough but having to log in every time is a bit annoying.

Valuable boost to sales

Pros

It plays an important role in our overall business setup and helps us generate additional sales.

Pros

Getting started with the software is simple, the features are well thought out, it runs reliably and the support team responds quickly when something comes up.

Cons

A few limitations stand out though. There's still no way to import booking details through Excel or CSV which would be really useful. A major concern was the large data/privacy breach a few months back. It also lacks more flexible automated email options such as sending a message to the customer before a charge is made and there's no built in way to set that up. Apart from that the pricing feels expensive with a high monthly fee, a high percentage taken and a per transaction charge so the number of separate fees adds up fast.

secure, flexible payment automation

Pros

After switching from another provider one of the biggest improvements was no longer having to collect guest payments manually. We also couldn't use security deposits with guests before so that was a real limitation. This has helped our growing business automate payments in a way that feels both secure and flexible.

Cons

It's only a minor issue but since we're based in the UK some features and parts of the setup are shown in dollars instead of pounds.

Feature packed! Always improving!

Pros

It is packed with features that simplify payment processing, deposit authorizations and managing guest documentation. The development team is very responsive, keeps improving the platform and is open to feedback and suggestions.

Cons

One issue is that the software has trouble updating properly when the guest's stay dates change which can be challenging.
