“room and guest management delight”
Pros
Managing all my rooms and guests takes just a few clicks which makes the whole process really convenient. The system is very easy to use and I didn't need any training to get comfortable with it. Everything feels logical and based on plain common sense.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is trying to switch a customer from a weekly rate to a daily rate. I still haven't been able to figure out how to do that.

“reliable control from anywhere”
Pros
Running a hotel with this software gives owners control over the essential daily functions plus access to online reports through the web so it's possible to check things from home or right from a phone using the app. It's also very user friendly for both staff and guests while still feeling secure and dependable. If you add the provided accessories the system becomes even more useful: the scanner keeps guest IDs on file, the signature pad helps save paper and ink and the credit card processor module brings everything together with full integration across the business.
Cons
One downside is that reservations from Expedia or Booking can take time to come through. That said the issue seems to come from the Booking or Expedia servers because when their systems go down the software is affected too.

Pros
Getting started with it is very simple and the customer support team is also among the best I've dealt with.
Cons
It's very basic and not particularly sophisticated and it doesn't support any interface connections.

“perfect fit for our motel”
Pros
Running this for our 20 room motel has been excellent. It has worked flawlessly for us with no crashes, no problems and no issues at all. The support team is great too! Always helpful, professional and ready with an answer or solution whenever I have a question. The part I appreciate most is that the company keeps rolling out new features that help me sell across more platforms.
Cons
It seems better suited to properties with fewer rooms mainly because you have to assign a room number as soon as a reservation is made. But this also means overbooking isn't possible which is actually a benefit in my case :)

“simple setup”
Pros
Very easy to get started with this software! It's simple to use, doesn't take much training to learn and can be downloaded and used right away. It also doesn't require any major hardware investment which helps keep costs down. Overall it's a very economical option.
Cons
A limitation is that rooms have to be assigned at the time of reservation. That creates less flexibility since most hotels prefer to switch room types when needed for different situations. Blocking rooms this way can be inconvenient and it also prevents overbooking. Since cancellations and no shows are always part of hotel operations that makes it harder to maximize revenue so this feature feels quite restrictive.

“Smart Room Shuffling”
Pros
Using it feels very simple. Reservations update automatically and reshuffle rooms when there's an accommodation mistake or when you're trying to make the best possible use of available rooms.
Cons
Booking services don't keep stayover guests assigned to the same room when their stay is extended or continued which is a drawback.

“flexible property management platform”
Pros
Unlike a lot of PMS options that force you to work around their setup this one lets us manage the property the way we actually want to. It's a very user friendly platform, simple to work with and it offers strong data capture points as well.
Cons
The reporting tools are solid overall but there's still room to expand them with more reporting options.

“Adaptable rates and fewer steps”
Pros
After trying a lot of different PMS options nothing has matched this specific one. It takes fewer steps to get things done and gives me a lot more flexibility than many competing systems. Being able to set daily, weekly, monthly and package rates makes everyday work much more convenient. For what I pay this is absolutely the one I would choose every time. I've been using it for more than 10 years and still love it!
