I need to use the software a bit longer probably a few months before I can really understand its strengths and weaknesses.

Same as I said before. I will need a few months of use before I can really figure out the pros and cons.

There are lots of options to help with detailed information giving us access to everything needed to calculate and manage rentals effectively.

It felt a bit clunky at the start but once I got used to it, it worked well. Sometimes there is almost too much information to take in.

It is functional and easy to use doing everything we require and then some. Plus the pricing fits well with the number of properties we manage and there is room to grow without breaking the bank.

I have not found much to dislike so far. Making everything available through a robust app is something all software companies should aim for.

Saying it is easy to use is an understatement. This software lets me navigate easily and really impress my clients.

The only real downside I have seen is that it won't let me upload PDF documents which is a big deal since I use those often.

It covers a wide range of business needs in one package and the integration is quite great too. Plus the customer support team is simply the best as they are open to feedback and genuinely invested in helping my business succeed.

Well the software feels clunky and is not great for bulk tasks. Categorizing old transactions before we started the subscription is really tedious because it has to be done one by one. We only had around a hundred transactions but it is still taking a lot of time.

The product is very user friendly and lets me handle everything in one place. Carlos gave me all the personal help I needed to get comfortable with the software.

I cannot find any drawbacks. I have tried many other programs and none gave me what I needed like this one.

Its price is quite fair and the software has great potential but I feel like they do need to improve how reports are generated.

Honestly it is not very user friendly. Plus we have to enter the same item multiple times and it is definitely not designed well for commercial use.

Well the customer support and team behind this product are outstanding. They respond quickly, fix bugs promptly and even include all our suggestions in future updates.

The software feels underwhelming and requires too many steps to input data. I often ran into error codes if the info was not entered just right. The site also lacks basic features. For example if you manage an apartment with two residents both can't log into the portal to pay as if the second logs in, it cancels the first resident's registration forcing them both to start over which discourages usage.
