NIGHTMARE!!! Worst Software and Service in the Industry

Pros

It was a huge mistake to choose them as our provider. There are much better companies out there. The software is flawed, with a disconnect between the desktop and internet versions, leading to incorrect database updates. The onboarding process was a nightmare, and they didn't follow our requirements or requests. Customer service is extremely poor, and they even charged our account after being fired for non-performance. There are no pros to mention; they promise a lot but fail to deliver. They are not ready for prime time.

Cons

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! It's a DISASTER!!! They consistently fail to deliver on their commitments. This company isn't suited for you; there are better alternatives out there. It feels like throwing your money away on the side of the road. Their customer service performance is the poorest I've experienced in my career. They prioritize their own agenda over customer needs. The software lacks structure from a user's standpoint. Unreasonable delays are widespread across all aspects. Overall, their performance is below average, and they seem apathetic. Their lack of professionalism makes them resemble a failed startup.

Easy to use & great customer support

Pros

It's genuinely easy to use, particularly when generating owner statements. The support from the Ciirus team is exceptional, as they are friendly, approachable, and provide top-notch assistance. Additionally, working with Love Rentals through Ciirus has resulted in good bookings. We are highly satisfied with Ciirus.

Cons

It would be advantageous to have the ability to store owner-related documents and an integrated email system within Ciirus.

Ciirus Technical Supporting

Pros

The software is fast, logical, and concise. The new features have made our processes faster and provided us with a clear view of our day-to-day business results at the touch of a button. We appreciate everything, from the streamlined platform that gives us a 360-degree view of all our rentals across diverse vacation home sites to the comprehensive tax reports.

Cons

Once upon a time.

Pros

There was a time when Ciirus had outstanding customer service and a quick response rate. There was a time when they focused on providing a good, affordable software solution for small businesses. It used to be an excellent integrated reservation and accounting program for management companies.

Cons

Ciirus experienced rapid and aggressive growth, but in the process, they neglected the importance of customer service. They left smaller management companies behind, focusing solely on catering to larger companies. Additional features were designed exclusively for the big players. Constant updates and monthly price increases showed no regard for loyal customers who had been with them since the beginning.
