“CINC review
Pros
The follow-up features and AI capabilities offered by CINC are truly exceptional and unmatched by any other platform I've come across. Additionally, the mobile app is incredibly powerful yet user-friendly.
Cons
The outdated front-end design needs to allow for customization. Additionally, the platform's cost is higher than most alternatives.

“CINCs Decline
Pros
I absolutely loved everything about CINC during the first 4-5 years. I enthusiastically endorse it during presentations, which I do 5-10 times a year. The return on investment we've experienced has been exceptional.
Cons
There are constant issues and glitches that arise. Currently, the "favorites" feature is not functioning, the map search fails to find several properties, and the dialer crashes at least five times a day. Furthermore, the "search" feature for notes has been removed, and I receive frequent complaints from leads about system malfunctions.

“Best CRM I've ever used
Pros
The industry-leading Lead Generation capabilities, consistent performance, and effortless usability of CINC are unparalleled. The cost per lead and the dependability of their system are crucial to my business, and I can fully trust them to deliver. Managing the database, reminders, notes, and all essential lead statistics/data is not a hassle anymore as everything is visible, easily accessible, and just a click away. If you're not using it, you're missing out.
Cons
At the brokerage level, it lacks certain features, which prompted us to adopt a second CRM. We don't have marketing templates for printables, nor a place to store documents or training videos for our agents. It's not designed as an all-in-one system, but rather as a powerful sales tool. It excels in that aspect, though.

“Over 5 year user of CINC
Pros
Over the past 5 years, our real estate company has relied on CINC to drive our business forward. The platform's ease of use, customer database, and the strong relationship we've built with our account manager have made it our exclusive choice for managing our operations.
Cons
One drawback is the ongoing increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we desire.

“Worth the cost
Pros
I adore the lead generation functionality. Customizing the spending and receiving viable leads is fantastic. The website was tailor-made for my target demographic.
Cons
The AI isn't my favorite, as it can sometimes deter leads due to being triggered by numerous interactions with the site. However, it can be disabled if necessary.

“CINC is an example of a Real Estate CRM done right
Pros
The pre-set saved filters enable us to help our agents identify who they need to follow up with and emphasize the importance of reminders. The insightful analytics, such as email usage time and login frequency, provide valuable data points. Importing our entire database into this CRM streamlines our communications. The customer service department is incredibly helpful and responsive.
Cons
Setting up the autotracks can be a bit confusing and appears somewhat outdated, especially if you're unfamiliar with the process.

“Cinc Review
Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly, and I love how customizable the platform is.
Cons
It's not possible to delete dead or trashed leads, and there's no obvious indication when a lead provides a bad name.

“CINC as a CRM for Real Estate Professionals
Pros
Compared to other tools and CRMs I've used in the past, I appreciate how straightforward it is to use. I've tried CRMs powered by SalesForce (didn't like), Nutshell (loved), and Delta (hated).
Cons
It would be beneficial to have the ability to delete, suspend, or archive contacts that are no longer relevant.

“Review for CINC

“CINC Review
Pros
What impresses me most about CINC is the multitude of ways leads can be categorized and classified. The options are virtually limitless.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. However, a potential future concern would be moving towards an AI-generated central operating system. I believe the human factor is still essential, and relying solely on an automated system can be detrimental. Consider this criticism preemptive, even if it may not materialize.

“Need more space in text section
Pros
CINC is an excellent product, and I do receive a lot of leads, some good and some useless. Many leads provide an incorrect email address but leave a phone number. It would be great to send more than a brief text message perhaps an attached ad or a photo through the CINC app but unfortunately, that's not possible. It's frustrating. I have to exit the app and send it using my own phone number, which defeats the purpose of staying within the app, in my opinion.
Cons
The texting option lacks sufficient space to send a comprehensive message to anyone.
