Pros
The system is fairly intuitive, and new features are frequently introduced.
Cons
Around half of the leads turn out to be ineffective, but CINC is working on improving the verification process, which is beneficial.

“Very disappointed on the whole
Pros
The CRM functionality of CINC is solid, and it's relatively easy to track leads and communication.
Cons
The leads I receive are mostly unproductive. I invested in the CINC program to boost my business, but all it has done is drain over $1300 per month from my business.

“My Daily Must-Have System
Pros
CINC's comprehensive platform allows me to elevate my business. With it, nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to managing my contacts.
Cons
It would be great to have a larger video library, and the holiday communications are underwhelming. The Spanish ones, in particular, are terrible and should be written by someone with exceptional command of Spanish.

“Cinc Review
Pros
It's an incredibly robust and comprehensive program, far superior to using an Excel spreadsheet or any other options I've explored.
Cons
It's both a negative and a positive: the program is continually updated and improved. However, you need to stay on top of these upgrades to make the most of the program.

“Consistent CINC User
Pros
The best thing about CINC is how effortlessly it can be utilized. From inputting initial leads to implementing a systematic and automated follow-up plan after closing, every step is tracked, to-dos are provided, and nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
The two aspects I like the least about CINC are the inability to attach or receive images and videos.

“Homest feedback
Pros
The website has an appealing look and feel, and the CRM is the best I've encountered among several options.
Cons
The costs are too high compared to the conversion rate. It doesn't provide a 10x return or anything close.

“Review for cinc
Pros
The value and quality of leads provided by CINC are astounding. Additionally, their support system is exceptional, especially if you can find a representative you get along well with. It feels like dealing with a family-owned business!
Cons
Some features change without prior notice, and I've had a negative experience with a couple of representatives who showed little care.

“I love Cinc and My Rep!
Pros
To be honest, she's Customer support . She's the most exceptional lead representative we have. Absolutely incredible. She proactively reaches out whenever there's something new, genuinely cares about our success, and assists me whenever I have a question. She brings so much positivity to the power of the product. My experience with CINC has been enhanced just because of her.
Cons
I wish there were live lead call-ins. When leads call directly, we know they're more serious than someone who responds to a text or is simply bored and curious about a listing, never to be heard from again. Of course, that's the classic "some will, some won't, so what?" theory. Sales requires a thick skin.

“A competitive advantage
Pros
It encompasses every feature I sought in a CRM, along with the most exceptional customer service team I've ever encountered in a CRM. Superior to KV Core, Command, Sierra, Liondesk, and others.
Cons
The CRM's depth can be overwhelming for someone new to the system and real estate terminology. Advanced users will appreciate it because it functions efficiently without unnecessary elements getting in the way.

“Mixed Experiences
Pros
The lead capturing is outstanding. Having the ability to text, call, or email within a single platform is perfect for adapting to each lead's preferred communication method. The behavioral messaging feature is highly beneficial, though it's crucial to customize it to align with your business.
Cons
The app has undergone numerous updates, most of which enhance its appearance but diminish its functionality. It's challenging to use the app and quickly access what you need to do on any given day without spending time adjusting filters. Whether on desktop or the app, scheduling reminders for leads isn't easy because the calendar often defaults to past dates, requiring constant attention from the user. Prioritizing tasks and reminders in your daily list isn't possible, resulting in the need to scroll up and down to find the next most important item. Selecting multiple leads for communication often requires selecting them multiple times after paging through, as they inexplicably become unselected. Essentially, it's a powerful program that demands caution when using it and an acceptance that functionality may degrade with updates.
