Out of the two other popular management software I tried, Condo Control stands out as the most affordable, easy to use, and packed with great features.
Cons
There were two drawbacks: 1) Under the "Announcement" section, the subject title had a character limit. Update: This issue was resolved, and now subject titles can be longer to accommodate the title and dates. 2) Under the "Announcement" section, it wasn't possible to upload a notice in picture format in the message section. Update: Thank you for enabling this feature to work!

I appreciate the ease of use and the variety of features provided. The data correction and archive features are particularly helpful, even when items are deleted from the main screen. Additionally, the perfect layout of the screen enhances the user experience.
Cons
The search engine still needs improvement as it's not precise, especially when using keywords. For example, searching for "Unit 2104" should only yield residents from that specific unit, but it retrieves unrelated data.

Pros
Our Customer Success Manager is truly a superstar. I've worked with her for two different condominium corporations I manage, and she is always helpful in navigating our specific needs and suggesting modules that will benefit us. Overall, Condo Control itself is simplified and user friendly.
Cons
The purchase orders could be updated to be more "user-friendly" by allowing us to input product or service descriptions directly. Additionally, they unnecessarily print on two pages. I also recommend improving the process for inputting contractors/companies, as it's cumbersome to constantly import data from Excel without the ability to delete duplicates.

It also stores frequent visitor information for parking passes, making it hassle free to create parking permits. The user interface is easy to navigate for administrators and users alike, setting it apart from other competitors. The customer service is quick and helpful.
Cons
The downside is that package entry must be done sequentially, and it doesn't allow logging multiple packages simultaneously.
