Condo Control allows me to easily access our resident database, enabling me to quickly and accurately find the information I need. The announcement feature allows me to promptly send memos or schedule them for later, giving me the flexibility to prepare memos in advance, knowing they will be sent at the right moment.

Cons

The Classified Ad section requires some adjustments to be more intuitive, but with a little tweaking, it can fulfill the needs of both our residents and property manager.

The Residential Database and Purchase Order modules are user friendly and offer valuable features and reports that greatly assist in managing a building. However, what truly stands out to me about CCC is their team's willingness and openness to listen to managers' suggestions for system improvements. Working with the entire team has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you all for your dedication!

Well, that's a challenging question. I appreciate all the features of CCC; however, every system has room for improvement. Regarding Purchase Orders, I would like to see a few enhancements, such as the ability to print a copy without opening new windows or receiving alerts for duplicate invoices. I'm confident that the proactive team is already working on these improvements!

As someone who had never used a program like Condo Control before, I found it surprisingly easy to learn and use the necessary functions for my role. The video tutorials were incredibly helpful in familiarizing me with the wide range of features available. While we may not utilize every single function that Condo Control offers, it's reassuring to know that they are there if we need them in the future. As a security personnel, I must say that the Security and Concierge tab is exceptionally wellDesigned. The layout is intuitive and straightforward, which makes it effortless to navigate and even teach someone with zero experience.

Based on the building's daily functions, my main concern with Condo Control is the lack of sorting options for specific Incident Reports based on Category.

For us, the most important features of Condo Control are the phone book, service request tracking, and announcement module.

The voting module was only average, and the setup cost was quite high. Additionally, the integration with Quickbooks Online seems problematic. Syncing our QBO records to CC doesn't always go smoothly. We would prefer a dedicated accounting package for HOAs that we could purchase instead of using QBO.

The announcements aren't as customizable as we were led to believe. We're unable to delete visitors from an account, and announcements cannot have attachments. Currently, only the message can be viewed, so I have to convert all documents to images for residents to see them.
