Could be faster

Pros

I can easily keep track of packages, newsletters sent to residents, and other items.

Cons

The system is quite slow, and it requires navigating through multiple screens to find what you're looking for. When an email is sent to residents, it usually takes 1-2 hours before it is received.

Pros

Cons

The library function has limitations in terms of the permitted document size and organization. Condo Control Review

Pros

It's the best for both management and residents.

Cons

It would be helpful to have the option to unsubscribe from specific aspects if desired. For example, still receiving package notifications even if other subscription preferences are changed.

Great Software!!

Pros

Ease of use and reliability are crucial to me. With lots of features, I use it on a daily basis. I've recommended Condo Control to some of my friends in the property management field.

Cons

I haven't encountered any major problems so far. There have been a few instances of site maintenance in the morning, but that's completely understandable as software updates are necessary from time to time. Overall, the service is amazing.

Review of CCC software.

Pros

It's easy to download and use. Nothing more to add.

Cons

The mobile app doesn't offer the full range of features compared to the web portal. Visually, it lacks appeal and feels uninspiring.

Reasons for recomendations

Pros

Condominium management offices need to embrace electronic access to resident information, such as phone numbers, vehicle details, electronic fobs/card access, lease agreements, vacation information, etc. This software resolved the need to communicate with 2000 residents in our condominium community by allowing us to post notices about upcoming events and more. Our security desk now has access to information about all residents. It's very user friendly, even for those not familiar with computers. Our residents find it incredibly useful for online amenity bookings, followed by payment. It's also easy to communicate contractor events to security staff and read reports without having to print them. Although I don't have authorization to use the PO system, I can see its usefulness. I did try the Proxy service and was very grateful for its availability. What a timesaver! I'm excited to explore more services that CCC may offer in the future.

A complete condo record keeping a database that works

Pros

The speed of access and the ease of updating client records are remarkable.

One stop - save time

Pros

The ease of moving between sections makes my day so much smoother. All the information and notes are just a click away.

Cons

The only issue I have is that a recent change has made inputting dates into vacation a bit more difficult. The pop-up screen with the most recent changes overlays on top of the calendar.

Condo Control Central Review

Pros

I'm really impressed by the fact that as managers, we can send multiple notices throughout the day and specify the recipients by group, unit, or both. I love that residents can easily book amenities and view the complete agreement during the booking process. Additionally, when residents have inquiries or issues with delivered parcels, management can access all the details, including dates, pickup, and signatures. This program significantly reduces communication burdens in the office, allowing us to focus on other important matters.

Cons

Personally, I haven't encountered any issues with the software that weren't promptly resolved or thoroughly explained by a representative when I raised my concerns.

Great tool for condos

Pros

All the information about my condo building is conveniently delivered to my email, ensuring that I see it immediately. The system is straightforward to set up as a client, and you can customize the information for either tenants or landlords. It also reduces paper waste.

Cons

I've been using the software in my condo for two years, and I haven't had any negative experiences yet. I just wish it had been installed earlier for our condo.

Pros

Overall, it serves its purpose for me, so I'm satisfied with it.

Cons

It would be preferable if administrators/managers had the option to extend their shift hours. Currently, when you open your log sheet after signing in, it asks for the start and end times. Occasionally, managers/administrators need to exceed their shift hours, but the shift log automatically signs them out. I find this aspect less appealing.

CCC effectively organizes announcements and provides a great platform for community forums and managing bookings.

Cons

It's not clear how receptive CCC is to various languages. Additionally, it's challenging to engage the older generation online, as they prefer reading announcements or accessing communication through pinboards.

Pros

My condo has been using this software for a long time, and as one of the administrators, I've always found it userfriendly and ahead of the curve in anticipating user needs.
