I appreciate the wide range of options available, such as preparing reports, etc.

Cons

It's frustrating that you cannot use the same email address for different suites. The date format needs to be updated to include numeric and alpha combinations, and it should be consistent throughout. When people are marked as inactive, they still receive emails unless they manually unsubscribe (which doesn't happen automatically). It seems that the app encounters functionality issues, preventing some people from accessing the site via a computer. Perhaps there could be a safety reminder when individuals accidentally unsubscribe, asking if they truly want to do so. I'm concerned about those who have unsubscribed themselves, especially when we are approaching the budget and year-end information.

Cons

affordable! Pretty easy to use and has a bunch of useful features

Pros

It's a breeze to use, and the best part is it's cost effective. It pretty much has everything I need.

Cons

Pros

I was pleased with the software as it made it very easy to track ongoing projects on our property. From issuing purchase orders to completing the work, everything was streamlined.

Cons

Obtaining homeowner feedback on specific work being done on units was challenging as not every property owner was enrolled with Condo Control Central. This was mainly due to several seniors in the complex who lacked internet access, computers, or tech-savviness. This limitation was not related to the software itself but affected its usage.

How I like Condo Control Cental

Pros

I really appreciate having all the information I need readily available. From board meeting minutes to quotations for services or purchased products, it's all right there. I love that I can book elevators or BBQs without having to visit the concierge and hope they're available. The notification system is also great, keeping me updated on everything happening in the building. It helps me plan my schedule if needed.

Cons

Initially, it took some time to find everything, but after a few attempts at navigating, it became very user-friendly. I can't think of any other negative aspects to mention.

Use of CCC since 2015 for 4 buildings/340 units

Pros

It's fairly easy to use, although I'm not a fan of "people" and "units" being mixed together. But you get used to it. The options for creating emails or documents on the site and choosing where they should go are decent. It's improving with the ability to add photos, etc.

Cons

There are no alerts for bulletin boards or classified ads, despite my requests for this "feature" over the past three years! It would be beneficial to have a way to link a public web page to the internal one, eliminating the need for a separate WordPress site.

Great software that helps condos get work done

Pros

It's a fantastic way to quickly alert owners and residents. It centralizes owner and resident information and helps the condo board and manager track service requests. Tasks allow for better organization of the condo board and manager's efforts.

Cons

It would be great to have integration with other services, such as our security door system. The tasks section is currently limited as they can only be assigned to a single person. It would be beneficial to have the ability to add others.
