Pros
Among all the features the Console Go app has proven the most useful tool for us.
Cons
It offers very little flexibility for what we need, so in short I found it quite rigid.

“Billing process is a mess

The technical support team is friendly and I find the system simple enough to use.
Cons
Its billing system is a mess. Two months ago I got an email about a missed payment and my account was immediately blocked. I called to ask for time for my accounting team to check but it didn't help. It turned out payments for the current and last month were made, only one was missing. I tried to make a payment but no one was available in accounts to help. I spent half a day trying to reach someone by email, chat and phone with no luck. And since it was Friday I could not use the system until next week and had to worry all weekend. My million dollar property management business was basically held hostage by Console. So I would say avoid it as there are better more responsive software providers out there.

During the short trial it seemed like this software might offer more features than Gateway but it didn't. So there is really nothing I like about it.
Cons
I don't even know where to begin. The migration Console did was a total disaster. We lost a lot of data, balances were wrong across owner and creditor accounts and our building setups were wiped out. The database was unusable after migration and support was nowhere to be found. Also the onboarding specialist knew very little, took hours to respond, never provided a contact number, did not answer our questions and offered no help to re-enter missing tenant charges he promised would carry over. I asked management to escalate the issue but a week later no one contacted me. We had to ask them to delete the platform and go back to Gateway which meant doing all the data entry ourselves to catch up. Overall the whole thing was unprofessional, with zero support and a complete waste of time.

Pros
It looks nice but instead of saving us time, it has cost us time and there are too many cliches throughout the system.
Cons
Well it is really hard to get the information you weneed as balances and details often don't show up. Plus support usually does not know about the issue and we have to ask someone else.

“Simplified property management process
Pros
It has helped streamline many of our daily and monthly tasks like rent arrears, tenant inspection letters, owner reports, exit reports and maintenance. Also it is great for tenants to report maintenance issues.
Cons
I love the program but saving emails in the system is difficult. With our old software email conversations could be stored once completed but now I have to copy and paste them into notes.

Pros
Console Cloud is very user friendly. After switching five months ago it took me no time to get used to it. The training was excellent and the support team is always available if I have questions. It was my first time handling accounts but it was super easy to learn. Plus tasks like receipting, payments, owner disbursements and month-end are all very simple and efficient. Also workflows are simple to follow.
Cons
As per my experience I think some features are missing and improvements are needed. Hopefully we will see them soon.

Pros
It is so easy to use that we are able to start using it even without training. The best part is they keep improving it.
Cons
If there are any problems that I have not seen yet but I believe the Console team is actively working on improvements.

I especially like the workflows for all the key parts of our property management roles. Plus the online support is simply the best.
Cons
Well I wish there is a link between updating rental amounts and the let fee. As we have had times where the rental amount changed but this did not update in the owner's file causing confusion.

Pros
Having never used cloud based software before but I found this one very easy to pick up. Also I like the constant improvements, the simple workflows and the helpful dashboard overview.
Cons

Pros
I love how easy it is to use and being cloud-based means it is always up to date. Also migrating from Gateway was smooth. The Console Inspection App makes routine inspections pretty easy and saves us a lot of time.
Cons
Finding statements and reports after month end is not as easy as I expected it to be.

Pros
The automated features save me a lot of time. Being able to send documents and forms through the software with tracking makes managing properties simple and efficient. In short using Console Cloud means I don't have to juggle multiple software programs.
Cons
There are still some issues with the lease renewal system so I prefer the old version. Though it is user-friendly overall but I wish there were better reporting options like being able to easily generate a list of properties needing inspections without scrolling through everything.

Everything is easy to access and I love how the pages are set up.
Cons
During the initial switch some data did not transfer because they were two different systems merging but overall the transition went pretty good for us.

Pros
The system is pretty simple with information laid out logically and updates keep coming regularly. Also I like that I can suggest ideas on the Cloud Feedback forum where other property managers can comment. It is great to see others share my ideas or come up with things that would make managing properties easier. Moreover the developers pay attention to what users want and how popular each suggestion is. I really feel like users are being heard.
Cons
I feel like improvements in filtering data would help though I know there are plans to enhance this.

Console Cloud layout is easy to follow and everything has a clear path to completion. Also I like that you can have the Cloud open in multiple tabs.

“Really like how it performs
Pros
Not only is it very simple to use but it is also easy to understand. Also I find the pricing fair compared to competitors. Month-end processing is quick and easy. The best thing to me is that it even integrates well with Realworks.
Cons
One thing I dislike is that you create entry notices like you can in Gateway.
