“horrible tool with glitches”

Setting it up wasn't too complicated for us and the tabs helped with moving between sections.
Cons
The software has ongoing glitches that never seem to get resolved. They keep saying the fixes are coming but nothing actually gets fixed.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Everything about the software is easy to use and it works without giving me any issues while I'm using it. It only requires basic information so there's nothing complicated or difficult to deal with.
Cons
I have been using it almost daily for some time now and I haven't come across anything frustrating enough to point out as a downside.

“complete waste of money”
Pros
I purchased the reservations software but it never worked as promised. So I don't have anything positive to write about it.
Cons
It has no SSL certificate and doesn't function on mobile devices. There's basically no after-sales support either, just try calling their Florida phone number if you doubt it. I've asked multiple times for them to either fix the problems or refund my money and they've done neither.

“failed product delivery”
Pros
Nothing to mention here because they kept saying the product would be ready in one more week but that never happened. After waiting five months, nothing was delivered so it ended up being a complete waste of time.
Cons
Even after waiting several months for the product, it was still never delivered.
