Pros
Handling treasurer duties for my HOA has become much more manageable with this software. Things like sending invoices to homeowners are a lot less time-consuming now which has really helped. The customer service is also outstanding!
Cons
The only thing I really wish it had is a notification when someone makes an online payment. Aside from that, it's hard to beat.

Packed with features for the price, this software helps our small HOA operate much more professionally even though our board doesn't have a lot of accounting experience.
Cons
There really haven't been any meaningful complaints from either the HOA members or the board members who handle the setup and day-to-day use of the system.

Pros
Running our association has been much more manageable with this app. The platform really does live up to its name because it's easy to use and very user-friendly. As the president of our association, I'm able to handle documents and communications without any hassle through this system.
Cons
No major problems have come up for me so far. If I had to point out one thing, the introductory video or onboarding package could be a bit longer and include more detail.

“Efficient invoicing and reporting
Pros
Having it tied in with HOA contacts and email has been really helpful and the invoicing features are very capable. The reporting also gives useful information although I'm still learning how some of the fees work.
Cons
Getting around the system can still be tricky. For example, updating fee types for additional charges took several rounds of trial and error before I could get it right.

This software was easy to set up for us and it has been efficient, comprehensive and very cost-effective throughout. Whenever help is needed, the support team is professional, kind and always available to assist.
Cons
I have absolutely nothing to complain about. There's really nothing I dislike and every member of the team genuinely cares and responds exceptionally well.

“user-friendly HOA platform
Pros
Everything about it feels accessible and simple for our HOA leadership to use. It gave our board the ability to move away from those overpriced, parasitic HOA management companies and handle things ourselves much more effectively. Absolutely worth it in spades.
Cons
I'd really like to see better email integration between the HOA portal and my personal inbox. It may already be possible and I just haven't figured it out but I don't check the EasyHOA email regularly. I'd much rather have messages meant for the HOA board sent directly to my personal email since that's the account I actually use every day.

“Smooth access across different devices
Pros
For our team, between the responsive customer service, affordable pricing and range of options, this software has been a really positive experience. It's user-friendly, works well across all devices and lets multiple team members log in and use it at the same time without issues.
Cons
There was initally some time required to learn it but the support team was very helpful throughout. At first, I thought the lack of tutorials was a downside but then I came across the help tab and it does a good job of guiding you through the areas that are harder to figure out.

“Powerful features with lots to explore
Pros
This platform can handle quite a lot and it clearly offers a wide range of features. The challenge on our side was not getting enough training to really take full advantage of everything available. On top of that, our Board members have not been committed enough to fully learn how to use it.
Cons
The email sequencing can be pretty confusing to work through. I also need larger font sizes but whenever I start a new paragraph, it switches back to the smaller default font which makes it very difficult to use with my low vision.
