This is very user friendly and simple and I love how the Property Dashboard shows a summary list on one page, making it easy to find information at a glance.

I faced a couple of random login issues, but they were fixed quickly. I even enjoyed playing Tic-Tac-Toe while waiting for the fix.

I find ExactEstate simple and efficient. Most struggles come from user error but their customer service is excellent and always ready to help. I'm definitely enjoying how simple everything is!

It would be nice if I could update notes on accounts in bulk.

It is so easy to use that I can train staff quickly and efficiently. Managing applications, rent payments, lease renewals and work orders only takes a few clicks also the reports help me keep my properties running smoothly.

The application dashboard is fantastic and makes our work much easier. I especially like the pre-move-out inspection feature. The whole software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

What I appreciate most about ExactEstate is how simple it is to move through pages. It's very user-friendly. I love that you can assign tasks and set reminders for what needs to be done like service requests, applications, make ready board and creating prospect info are all very straightforward.

In the HUD affordable housing sector, Realpage didn't meet our needs well, with poor communication and lost requests. Customer rep and his team rolled out ExactEstate quickly, onboarding us in just a few days. Any issue or custom request is handled immediately. This has completely changed the game for our team, we handle TRACS submissions, lease signings and background checks all in one platform. A totally full package!!

In my time using the software, I can't recall anything I did not like. Compared to other management software, this one is great and fast!

After switching to ExactEstate, I was impressed with how accurate the features are and how easy it was to adapt to the program. Since this is a tax credit community, EE makes daily tasks like recertifications, nightly reports, marketing, applications and tracking delinquencies much easier and more convenient to manage.

No complaints here. Everything is running smoothly and when problems come up, ExactEstate responds quickly.
