“Centralized invoice management”
Pros
Keeping all invoices in one place has been really helpful and I can send quote requests to multiple vendors at once with a specific date and time for them to respond.
Cons
A few things still get in the way: invoices can't be searched by unit number, paid dates for invoices aren't shown, the change order tab doesn't function and has to be entered as a quote instead and there's no direct way to void an invoice without vendor approval.
