“Faster communication”
Pros
Right away it gives a clear picture of what needs attention and lets us track the status of issue requests without any confusion. It's also really useful that the service provider can communicate directly with the tenant at a specific property which makes the whole process more efficient.
Cons
A few features are still missing at the moment but we were told that these functions (especially the part that matters for our business) will be added.

“Efficient tracking”
Pros
Getting around the software is easy and it helps a lot with efficiency. It gives me full control over property maintenance and the history log is especially useful for keeping track of everything that has been done.
Cons
Some parts are still in development such as the calendar view so that side feels a bit unfinished for now.

“user friendly and valuable platform”
Pros
From the beginning the software feels very user friendly. It gives all users easy access and helps address a long standing issue in the real estate market.
Cons
Since it is still a young and dynamic company, the software is fairly new. Adding a few extra modules would make it even more valuable and I understand those are already planned on their roadmap.
