“Clear eporting and Landlord Control”
Pros
Process feels much more transparent now and it takes a lot of pressure off us since landlords can simply click to accept or reject the work. The multilingual, picture led interface also helps tenants report issues without much trouble.
Cons
Dashboard can be a bit confusing and feel unorganized at times. You can make changes to it but even then it still comes across as very busy.
