Pros
Being cloud based is a big plus and it lets me export data to Excel while also importing journal entries into QuickBooks.
Cons
It's important for me that journal entries can be imported into QuickBooks and I also appreciate being able to access it from anywhere and check reports even on my phone.

“work from anywhere boost”
Pros
To be able to work from anywhere at any time has been a big advantage. It helps cut down on manual tasks and makes the whole workflow more productive.
Cons
A few features still feel incomplete and some updates or changes required by the hotel can take longer than expected.

Pros
Having a 30 day tape chart is a big plus because it lets you view the entire month at once and the software is simple to work with while still offering plenty of features.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see in future updates is a signature pad since that would help us finally go completely paperless.

“Good platform for growing teams”
Pros
Running our business on this platform has been a really positive experience. The system is easy to use and I appreciate how many areas can be adjusted to fit what we need. Being able to access the backend and edit things like HTML is a big plus for us. At this price point there really do not seem to be many comparable options for a small business like ours and it has been nice to grow alongside the company. Also I truly appreciate the customer support. They have been a dependable source of support for my team from the very beginning.
Cons
There are still a few areas that feel like they should be more customizable or simply designed better but they are not. I also wish there were a fully functional Spanish language backend since a large part of my team is based in Mexico, where our business operates. That may be a pretty specific need though. Customer support has also been consistently hard to reach on weekends, holidays and outside normal 9 to 5 PST hours. It does seem like they are trying to improve this on the email support side at least. I have not tried calling in quite a while because I was so frustrated by the limited availability.

The layout is clear and the available options are simple to move through and understand.

On the functions side it still feels a bit behind. We'd like it to do more than it currently does.
