GuestPoint is pretty easy to use. And once the information is collected, it can be accessed quickly and the search function is very handy too.
Cons
I do not use bulk entry often but whenever I block a room, I have to manually reset the price every time I go back to make changes which gets pretty annoying.

Pros
Guestpoint is very simple to understand and use. Despite how busy the reception and reservations can get, it keeps everything running smoothly. Plus if I ever face any challenges or have questions, the team responds quickly and is always extremely helpful. In short nothing is ever too much trouble.
