Their representative was great! I really appreciated her knowledge and the way she handled everything. She helped solve an urgent issue and got it taken care of quickly.
Cons
The onboarding ended up being much more complicated than it seemed during conversations with the sales team. We came in prepared but the instructions and overall process were not always clear.

Pros
The support has been excellent and setting up a direct booking engine was very easy. I also really appreciate how detailed and thorough the reports are.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it took a while because it's such a comprehensive platform so the learning difficulty felt a bit much at first.

“Outstanding Onboarding help”
Pros
Set up with owner statements and bringing a new listing onboard went really well thanks to their team. We were on a call for about three hours and throughout the whole process every question was answered professionally. They guided me step by step and made sure everything was covered clearly.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about the service. Everything went very well and their team was thorough and incredibly helpful from start to finish.

“Great Assistance Throughout”
Pros
Technical support has been very efficient. I ran into a major problem with my calendar mapping and Marie handled it in a way that made everything simple to deal with.
Cons
At this point I don't have any negative feedback. From the onboarding stage up to now every agent I've worked with has been consistently helpful.

“Customer service is amazing”
Pros
Having all 10 of my properties together in one place has been great and I really appreciate that it offers 24/7 access to a real person whenever I need help.
Cons
The downside right now is that it still isn't connected with Expedia. I'm also currently discussing my monthly pricing with someone since I have 10 homes on this platform and would like to get a discount.
