Easy onboarding and simple listing connections

Pros

Their team made getting familiar with the platform very easy. Connecting Airbnb listings is pretty simple and the system is easy to work with overall.

Cons

The website builder falls a bit short compared with others in the industry. I was hoping the direct booking website platform would feel at least average in terms of usability and overall design.

Handy reports!!

Pros

Whenever we had questions the team replied quickly, communication was easy and the explanations were clear. The interface is practical and does what we need. We were especially happy that we could download the occupancy rate lists and edit them afterward.

Cons

Overall everything has been positive. The only thing I couldn't locate was a setting to change the currency so I assume that option may not be available.

Powerful finance tools

Pros

Integration with SES Hospedajes, automated messaging, the overview calendar and the finance tools have all been really valuable. It's also quite user friendly and getting to all the tabs is simple and easy.

Cons

There are still a few features that can't be customized or added like a key door tab for example. Message translations also weren't always working properly although that seems to have been fixed.

Strong backbone for scaling

Pros

Running a growing short term rental portfolio has been a very positive experience with this software. We manage multiple listings so we needed a platform that could cover channel distribution, automation, reporting and operational scalability and it has delivered in those areas. The channel manager has been dependable and works well with Airbnb, Vrbo and direct booking channels. Calendar syncing has stayed consistent which is essential when handling several properties at once. The automation tools including guest messaging, review requests and task scheduling have helped us simplify operations and cut down on manual work. Another big plus is the flexibility in the reporting features. Owner statements, revenue tracking and payout visibility make it much easier to stay transparent with property owners. It also connects well with third party tools which gives us room to create a more customized tech stack as the business continues to expand. Whenever we've needed help customer support has been responsive and useful and the platform keeps improving with new features geared toward professional property managers not only individual hosts. Overall it has been a reliable operational foundation for scaling our short term rental business. I'd definitely recommend it to property managers who want a strong growth focused PMS solution.

Cons

One part that still has room for improvement is the depth of reporting and accounting. The standard reports are solid but customizing owner statements and more detailed financial breakdowns can take extra manual effort or require outside tools. There's also a bit of difficulty with some features particularly during the setup of automations and integrations. A simpler UI and more built in accounting flexibility would make the platform even better.

offers complete booking control

Pros

Having one platform to connect calendars and handle the different parts of property management has been really helpful. It's convenient to manage bookings from multiple channels in a single place and the interface is easy to work with.

Cons

It still feels a bit behind in certain features and functions. Seasonal rates should be something you can set permanently instead of having to manually block calendars and then adjust pricing from there.

confident start and good support

Pros

Our Zoom call with their representative made a huge difference. She was incredibly patient, very helpful and clearly knew the software inside and out. After speaking with her I feel much more comfortable getting started. Thank you so much!

Cons

Nothing specific to complain about at this point. We're still new to the software so the transition feels a bit overwhelming but I don't have any real downside to report yet.

All in one hosting win!

Pros

Running short term rentals feels much more organized with everything centralized in one place and the integration with OTA channels works really well. On top of that the support team has been very patient throughout the process.

Cons

The part I don't love is that the setup can feel a bit complex for smaller hosts. Even with that the overall value is very good and I'm still satisfied with it.

Reliable support around the clock

Pros

Having 24 hour phone support has been amazing. Please don't remove it because PMS systems can be complicated and having help available whenever we need it really matters.

Cons

My suggestion would be to update the website and make it more user friendly. For example the scroll bars are too small and can be difficult to drag.

Customer support has been excellent the interface is very user friendly and the platform is simple to work with. It also connects with most major platforms and the calendar is clear and very easy to view at a glance.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the pricing for South America since the fees are currently the same as those charged in Europe and the US.

Strong Automation for Growing Rentals

Pros

Running Airbnb, Vrbo and direct bookings from one platform has taken a lot off my plate. This software keeps everything centralized and the automation features save me a huge amount of time with guest messages, scheduling and payments. The reporting is also helpful for monitoring revenue and overall performance. With that the direct booking site integration with Stripe has helped improve my margins by cutting down on OTA fees. It feels organised and built to scale especially for anyone managing multiple units. Shakira (the rep I work with) has been amazing as well.

Cons

Getting started does take some time particularly when it comes to setting up automations and customising workflows. A few of the reporting tools could be more user friendly and every now and then an update changes the layout or settings which can be a bit disruptive while adjusting. The pricing can also feel high for smaller operators although the features mostly make up for it.

Amazing customer support

Pros

The biggest reason I keep using this as my PMS is the customer service. Every agent I've dealt with really knows the software well, communicates clearly and handles things in a very professional way.

Cons

There are still a few integration issues here and there though they usually provide workarounds. The VRBO payment setup isn't ideal and the house rules connectivity problem is definitely something that needs attention. International subscription charges should also be made clear to customers upfront.

Good platform for organising

Pros

As a new user it already feels like an incredibly helpful platform for streamlining our processes. It offers a very extensive set of features so we are still taking time to learn everything.

Cons

Because it is so detailed the system can feel quite complex. The setup and workflow for our contractors especially around receiving alerts and notifications are not very easy or user friendly so we have been running into issues there.

Great software for growth

Pros

Running vacation rentals with this feels very professional because the whole system is organized and built with structure in mind. The parts that stood out most to me were the strong multi unit management, the powerful automation for messages, tasks and payments and the clear financial reporting for owner statements. The channel manager integrations with Airbnb, Booking and other platforms have also been reliable. It's a scalable option that works well for a growing portfolio. Also the customer support has been responsive and well informed with clear explanations and efficient solutions whenever questions come up.

Cons

At first some parts of the platform can seem a bit complex and take time to learn during onboarding. There are a lot of settings available so it can feel overwhelming in the beginning. That said once everything is configured properly the system works very well.

powerful rental management platform

Pros

Running my short term rental business feels much more manageable with this platform. It's impressive how much I'm able to handle on my own while managing so many rentals and I honestly wouldn't want to be without it. Their customer support has been excellent too.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say. My experience has been positive all around. If I had to point out one issue it would be the VRBO integration but that seems more like a VRBO problem than something caused by the software.

Easy booking

Pros

Between the responsive customer support and the well designed interface using this software has been a really positive experience. Booking management is easy, the inbox messaging works well and the automations and templates save a lot of time. Payment links are also a very useful feature and overall the platform feels very simple to use.

Cons

Honestly there is not much to complain about. I just hope we can keep using it for a long time and that the product continues improving little by little. One thing that should be better in the future is the German translation in the booking engine.

custom reporting is really useful

Pros

The custom reporting has been really useful and our support meeting with their team was very helpful. I'd definitely reach out to customer support again when needed.

Cons

The downside is having to book customer support meetings about a week in advance. When questions come up we need answers much faster than that.

What a platform!

Pros

Working with the software and its team has been a really positive experience. After comparing several competitors I chose it because the platform is simple, offers strong value and has a very user friendly interface. The integrations with other booking channels make the decision feel like a nobrainer. One of the biggest advantages is being able to call support whenever I have a question. I always reach a real person who is well informed, helpful and ready to assist. They also genuinely listen to feedback and put suggestions into action. I just finished a call with a support representative who walked me through about five different features on the site and that guidance will help me generate more income.

Cons

I'm happy with just about everything in the platform. We once asked whether properties could be sorted by name and almost immediately that feature was added. That kind of responsiveness is amazing.

Pros

Being able to schedule one on one meetings for training has been really valuable. Their team was very helpful and answered every question I had so I felt fully supported.

Cons

At times the phone hold times can be longer than expected. Other than that there is not much to complain about. It is a little pricey but you do get the value you pay for.

One of the best parts has been the customer support and the platform comes with a lot of useful features. It's also nice that the onboarding includes multiple calls with the same person so they can guide you throughout the process and build a real working relationship.
