Keeping track of schedules is very simple especially when it comes to seeing who is working, when they are on and where they are assigned. It also makes forecasting business needs and labor hours simple to manage and the pricing is very reasonable.
Cons
I don't like how often it logs you out when the system sits idle. It would be much better if there were a lock screen option instead of being signed out completely.

Pros
Planning schedules around forecasts is very simple and it only takes a quick couple of minutes each day to review where everything stands.
Cons
A lot of the product's strength comes from its integrations so when those integrations are not working properly the overall value drops.

Pros
Keeping track of my employees hours is very quick with this software. When I'm building the schedule I can clearly see the hours I have available and decide where to use them more efficiently.
Cons
At times it runs slowly and sometimes I have to open it through Google for it to work properly. The navigation can also be tricky now and then and if I miss a day it's hard to get caught back up.

Pros
Has been an excellent tool for tracking labor. It makes reviewing daily hotel labor fast and simple and I really appreciate the wide range of reports available to break down the labor numbers in detail.
Cons
I'd still like to see more functions for myhotelteam.com. Staff should be able to swap shifts and handle more tasks directly on the site and it would be even better if it had its own dedicated app.

“Efficient tracking tools
Pros
Checking employee hours is very easy with it. I can just log into the website and quickly see hours worked, possible overtime and any missed punches. That is especially useful in housekeeping where shifts do not end at a fixed time. Being able to watch employee hours in real time makes it much easier to adjust schedules in the middle of the week and keep labor efficiency at a high level.
Cons
Only real issue I have with it is the way exporting works. Instead of being able to do it directly from the daily labor check in you have to go into the reports tab to get a spreadsheet and then convert it to Excel. A lot of the other managers at the resort either forget the steps because they do not use it often or they were never really shown how to do it in the first place.

Right from the start the system felt very user friendly. Even without any training I was able to figure out how everything worked on my own. Adding shifts and adjusting times is also very simple to do.
Cons
The issue is that it doesn't line up well with my pay periods and it marks some hours as overtime when they should actually be counted as regular hours.

Keeping an eye on possible tardiness, overtime and hour allocation discrepancies is very easy with this system. It's especially useful to see how many hours were lost or gained since that gives very informative insight.
Cons

Being able to send each team member their own schedule is really useful and it also helps to clearly explain why time off requests were approved or denied.
Cons
A limitation is that it doesn't support multiple job codes for schedule communication. If an employee has two job codes we're unable to email or text them the related information properly.

Using the software has been a really positive experience because it's very user friendly and the reporting and scheduling tools are especially useful and efficient.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints about this software. If I had to point out one thing it would be that whenever customer support is needed contact has to be made by email instead of reaching a live person directly so there can be a bit of delay. That said the support they provide is excellent.

Scheduling is really convenient especially since I can copy and paste the previous week instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. It's also very helpful that employees can be assigned to multiple roles.
Cons
One issue is that after sitting idle for a while the system doesn't log you out or give any warning. If you keep working at that point none of it gets saved and you have to log back in again.

Navigation is easy and the scheduling feature can be adjusted to match your budget forecast. It also provides daily OT reports along with missed punch tracking which is very useful.
Cons
One thing that would really improve it is the ability to sync the software with our biometric time clock. That way employees wouldn't be able to clock back in early before their 30 minute lunch which would help us a lot in avoiding meal penalties for both the staff and the company.
