Pros

The standout part for me is the hotel software integration. We work with several third party vendors to list our properties including Booking.com and Hotwire and connecting those platforms with this softwae keeps everything synced in real time. That kind of synchronization helps us optimize profits while also creating a better experience for our customers.

Cons

At this stage I really don't have any complaints about it. I haven't run into anything that felt disappointing or frustrating. Everything has been going well and the service has been excellent.

Having everything in one place really helps improve efficiency and makes daily work much more convenient. It's been very useful for supporting guest satisfaction as well as profitability. A special mention goes to the interactive UI which makes the platform very user friendly and pleasant to work with.

Sometimes the website does not respond as quickly as expected which can occasionally get in the way of usability.

Being a cloud based property management system, it's easy to use and quick to deploy. It also feels cost effective for what it offers.

Cons

Tougher part is integrating it with an existing ERP system and handling the migration of data from the current system into this one.

Managing check ins, check outs and housekeeping is very simple with this platform. It's user friendly and the integration with a wide range of hotel booking websites makes access and daily operations much more convenient.

Cons

I don't have any drawbacks to mention at this point and I'm completely satisfied with the product.

It works as a complete management platform and I really appreciate that it even helps track and analyze smaller daily tasks. One of the biggest advantages is the free plan for small businesses which makes it easier for them to grow steadily while using the software.

Cons

Customer support is decent though there is still room for improvement. The features themselves are very good and fast but it would be even better if the team also offered integration services. Other than that everything else has been amazing.

Very easy to manage availability with this software and it also makes it simple to understand occupancy analysis and review revenue reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

User interface took a bit of time to learn and fully understand.
