realtime integrations that deliver

Pros

The standout part for me is the hotel software integration. We work with several third party vendors to list our properties including Booking.com and Hotwire and connecting those platforms with this softwae keeps everything synced in real time. That kind of synchronization helps us optimize profits while also creating a better experience for our customers.

Cons

At this stage I really don't have any complaints about it. I haven't run into anything that felt disappointing or frustrating. Everything has been going well and the service has been excellent.

All in one hotel efficiency boost

Pros

Having everything in one place really helps improve efficiency and makes daily work much more convenient. It's been very useful for supporting guest satisfaction as well as profitability. A special mention goes to the interactive UI which makes the platform very user friendly and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Sometimes the website does not respond as quickly as expected which can occasionally get in the way of usability.

Pros

Being a cloud based property management system, it's easy to use and quick to deploy. It also feels cost effective for what it offers.

Cons

Tougher part is integrating it with an existing ERP system and handling the migration of data from the current system into this one.
