Live finance tracking and guest management

Pros

Keeping track of guest payments and handling daily tasks is very convenient. I can also quickly see which guests have booked breakfast. The hotel's financial reports are available live online and I can print the lists whenever needed.

Cons

The service has been very good and I also appreciate being able to print the reports.

Accessible cloud tools we love

Pros

Everything is cloud based and runs right in the browser which makes it really convenient. The software is very user friendly, simple to figure out and even enjoyable to use. There are plenty of built in tips throughout the system so it's hard to make mistakes while working in it. The tutorials make learning the platform much easier and the customer support has been excellent as well. It also comes with a separate app and its own channel manager included in the package which adds a lot of value. Staff training was very easy for us, we went through it together once and after that nobody had any further questions.

Cons

We honestly haven't come across any downsides yet. So far it has been very convincing.
