“Reliable Channel Manager”
Pros
Switching our 56 room hotel to this software turned out to be an excellent decision. We're really pleased with how well the system fits into our daily workflow. It's user friendly, dependable and quick to learn which made adoption much easier for the team. The Channel Manager has been especially valuable because it saves us a lot of time, keeps every booking perfectly synchronized and lets us chat with guests from one place instead of jumping between different OTAs. The whole transition went very well and their team has been helpful and supportive the entire time. We'd definitely recommend it to other hoteliers.
Cons
While the platform is accessible and user friendly, if employee training is needed that comes at an additional cost.

“well organized cloud hotel management”
Pros
Running daily hotel operations feels much more manageable with it because the platform is well organized and simple to work with. The cloud based access is a major plus, letting us handle reservations, guest information and reports from anywhere. Having booking management, billing and front desk tasks all in one system saves a lot of time and helps prevent errors. On top of that customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance or clarification.
Cons
There are just a few small things that could be better. Some of the more advanced features take a little time to fully learn in the beginning especially for new users. Still these are minor issues and they do not take away from the software's overall reliability or performance.

Cons

Cons
I prefer using PayPal for the added sense of security but the app doesn't offer PayPal as a payment option.

Pros
Software has made a noticeable difference in lowering our operating costs. A lot of the time consuming tasks we used to handle manually are now automated so we no longer need as much extra staff to keep things running.
Cons
One downside is that ticket support isn't available on weekends which can be frustrating if an issue comes up. Also premium support is available but it comes at a pretty high price.

During the sales pitch they talked about a lot of impressive features from a web app to self check in and plenty of other capabilities.
Cons
The promised connection to GDS systems simply does not exist and it looks like it never will because the built in channel manager is far too outdated.

“Flexible rates”
Pros
Having all the key data available straight from the dashboard makes a big difference. I can keep an eye on hotel KPIs, compare our performance against budget and sales and make better informed decisions much faster. The Room Rate module is also really well done and simple to work with so updating room rates can be done quickly whenever needed.
Cons
It works fine overall but adding a dark mode would really help during long night audit shifts since it would be much easier on the eyes.

Pros
Getting started with this product was very easy and it keeps getting better with regular engineering updates. Training new team members is simple because there are plenty of helpful materials available, including recordings and guidelines. We were also able to implement it in our hotel very quickly without needing to purchase any extra hardware and the whole setup only took a day.
Cons
Only improvement I'd really like to see is a broader range of color coded task checks for our maintenance team. Aside from that I don't have any concerns.

“excellent fit for german invoicing”
Pros
Running a hotel in Beverly Hills we needed a system that could handle invoices and payments properly while staying compliant with local tax requirements. This software has been very capable in that area. A colleague originally recommended it to me as a German software that really understands local invoicing rules and that has turned out to be completely true. It stays up to date with regulatory changes and also gives us plenty of flexibility when customizing invoices. It manages VAT rates according to German requirements (including City Tax) and the integrations make Kassensichv compliance much simpler without requiring any extra hardware. We've been using HotelFriend for the past two years and the overall experience has been extremely positive.
Cons
At one point the Booking Engine had an issue where vouchers would not appear unless a date was selected. Still it resolved it in the next update.

Pros
Getting started with this PMS was quick because the interface is very easy and training new team members has been simple as well. The biggest advantage is how well the booking engine, channel manager and the core system work together without crashes. Instead of wasting time dealing with errors like we often did with our previous software we can just focus on running daily operations. The setup process was uncomplicated, there are plenty of customization options and the automation for recurring tasks saves us a lot of time. Support has also been very responsive and they genuinely listen to feedback and take it into account.
Cons
We did run into a few issues with the layout of the financial reports but that was already corrected in a recent update.

Has been really helpful for creating invoices, managing bookings, tracking the company's profitability and keeping an eye on staff workload. It covers the key daily tasks in a very practical way and makes operations much easier to follow.
Cons
I really miss the ability to change small details in an invoice that has already been created like the customer name, date or extra information a client asks to include. Right now having to cancel the whole invoice and make a new one feels unnecessary.

Pros
It brings together all the documents we used to manage separately in one system. Front desk operations, reservations and accounting are all integrated in a single place and it feels so complete that the software can practically run on its own.
Cons
Having everything cloud based is definitely a benefit but we had trouble using it whenever the internet connection was weak. An offline sync option would probably make a big difference here.

Checking into the hotel is much more convenient with this app. It cuts out the need to stand around in long lines just to get assigned a room.
Cons
One downside is that the app isn't free. Users have to install it on their device and then still pay for access. On top of that the system runs quite slowly.

After switching from Beds24 to this one and using it for a few months, we did notice a nicely designed interface. The support team does try to assist as well even if there were times when the help we received felt disappointing.
Cons
A few months in we ended up running into far too many problems across the PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine. The technical team takes too long to reply and in many cases the issues still do not get resolved. There are plenty of other, more affordable systems that offer far more useful features. Compared with those options this software really falls short. Even very basic PMS platforms usually connect with tools like Zapier or Mailchimp but this one does not. That kind of basic integration support is simply missing. We were given the impression that they had their own channel manager but that was not really the case. Instead they ask for extra payment to connect the PMS with thirdparty software. If you end up with overbookings or missing OTA reservations expect a lot of trouble. Other than that the app is not something anyone on our side would realistically use. We tried to launch online check in through it but it did not work at all. When we contacted support they said an update would be released soon but that never happened. It looks nice but using it is frustrating because it is not functional. Making corrections after a mistake is extremely limited even for a Hotel Admin. At times we had to contact support just to delete a reservation or make simple changes which is incredibly annoying. Lastly there is basically no real accounting system despite how it is presented. At most you can download guest invoices which even the simplest platforms already offer for free without advertising it as some major feature.

Having everything stored in the cloud has been really convenient since we can open the system in a web browser from pretty much any device. The software is simple to use and there are plenty of instructions available which makes learning the program much easier. We also had a misunderstanding with one part of the system and the customer support representative was very helpful in clearing it up. Another nice addition is the app which lets guests get in touch with us directly.
Cons
One thing that would make the program even better is offline access. Right now it should ideally still be usable when there's no internet connection so hopefully that can be included in a future update.
