Absolutely terrible experience

Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about this PMS unless you want to face problems and lose money.

Cons

The product seems designed without a clear understanding of front desk and reservation operations. Implementation managers lecture rather than solve issues. They charged us for an extra three months without our approval even though they promised a one month extension to fix problems and then forgot about that promise. Also the POS does not integrate with the PMS which causes revenue loss. Plus guests get just a square receipt instead of a proper confirmation letter when booking through the channel manager.

Very pleased and would suggest it

Pros

The customer support is great and it is easy to use. Overall I would say it is perfect for both beginners and experienced users.

Cons

After updating a payment we can't modify it anymore which is a limitation.

Truly amazing!!!

Pros

The support team is the best as they are very helpful whenever we are in need.

Cons

The Tally integration needs work or could be offered as an offline tool as it will be helpful for us the users.

Solves lots of problems in one go

Pros

Hotelogix is a very user friendly PMS. Making reservations requires very few steps and is easy for new team members to learn. Also it connects seamlessly with OTAs, channel managers and booking engines. Plus we can easily split one booking into different room categories for various dates which many mid-priced software lack. Also the customer service team is always available when we need help. They provide excellent support for all the resorts we manage marketing and reservations for.

Cons

Since it is hotel management software I feel it is missing features like store management main and departmental, linen tracking and accounting. Also customization can be challenging and takes a long time maybe because they handle so many hotels. The mobile app is disappointing too as it does not perform as well as other PMS options.

Allows us to manage the front desk and OTA with ease

Pros

We rely on the PMS for online reservations so we don't have to handle manual tasks.

Cons

When in need they respond quickly

Pros

It is easy to use and support is quick and effective. Plus the live chat feature saves us time by helping resolve problems fast.

Cons

Well I think it would be great to have more flexible reports that help improve guest experience and marketing like additional reports on repeat guests and revenue generated.

Works great and support is dependable

Pros

Since it is cloud-based, it is accessible from anywhere. The interface is also user friendly and easy for anyone to understand. Plus the customer service is always available whenever we have questions.

Cons

Some reports just are not available in the software. So I just wish they would make improvements in this area soon.

Very easy to use

Pros

It is pretty easy to learn and explore. Plus the software is user-friendly and the best part to me is that help is available 24/7.
