Pros

The system does what it's supposed to do and the support team has been excellent. The installation also went really well.

It took a while to understand everything and get it fully live but in the end it was definitely worth the effort.

Pros

Having VRBO, Airbnb and Booking.com connected in one simple setup has been a huge help. The software makes it really convenient to keep all three STR channels active without worrying about double bookings. The standalone website for direct reservations is also incredibly valuable. Just one booking through my own site ended up covering the cost of this software.

I only wish it integrated with a few more STR platforms.

Everything being together in one place has been a big advantage. It's really convenient not having to manage the property across two separate platforms and being able to coordinate with our cleaners directly through this software makes things much more efficient.

Getting started with it was very easy. It's simple to use, brings everything together in one system and didn't take much time to learn or put into place.

Since this is the first product I've used in this industry I don't really have anything else to compare it against. That said the support has been excellent and it was very easy to begin using right away.

The software has been excellent and the customer service has been just as impressive.

One thing I noticed at the beginning was that it required some time to figure out because it covers so much. Aside from that it has been amazing.
