“Well informed and patient support”
Pros
Right from the start the support team showed they really knew the product well and understood most of my questions on the first try. They were also very patient while I was trying to figure things out with limited knowledge on my side.
Cons
Replies took a bit longer than I expected and I had to reword or repeat a couple of questions before getting the answer but overall I'm still very happy with the experience.

“time saving automation for listings”
Pros
Managing multiple listings from one dashboard has been really convenient. The automation features for guest messaging, reviews and syncing with airbnb and booking.com cut down a lot of manual work and save me plenty of time.
Cons
The reporting and analytics still feel a bit limited in terms of detail and there are occasional delays when listings sync between platforms.

“Team ever present for help”
Pros
One of my favorite things about it is how quickly their team is available on chat whenever I need help. None of the other software I use has support that responsive.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about it. I haven't run into any problems that weren't caused by my own mistake.

Pros
During the 14 day trial their representative helped me get my website set up. We spoke several times and he took the time to answer every question I had about the service I was considering. He was very patient, explained things clearly and gave me useful advice on setting up a website to rent out my vacation home. He was also very kind and let me know I could reach out again later if I had more questions.
Cons
My plan is to pay for the first year and give the software a fair opportunity to help me attract renters. If it turns out to be a good fit and provides solid service I'll keep moving forward with them.

“Very simple workflows”
Pros
Using it has really simplified things for us. The team is incredibly responsive and always works to find solutions or answers whenever we have questions.
Cons
The only downside is that they don't live with me so I could just ask them from the next room ;) Honestly though it's tough to find anything I dislike.

Pros
Running my business without this software would be hard at this point. It keeps everything organized and the customer service has been outstanding. It's absolutely been worth every penny.
Cons
A few of the tools can be tricky to locate and aren't always where I'd expect them to be but customer service always points me in the right direction.

“stress free rental management”
Pros
Right from the start the platform and interface felt user friendly and very simple to figure with which makes the data really clear and easy to understand. The customer service has also been outstanding! Someone replies quickly every time and always comes back with a solution. This software has been an excellent value for the price and has completely taken the stress out of managing my short term rental properties.
Cons
I've been using it for over a year now to manage two properties and honestly I don't have any complaints at all.

Pros
After more than two years of using this software I can say they've consistently been a pleasure to work with. Any time I've accidentally messed something up (and yes that definitely happens) the iGMS team has always been quick and willing to help fix it. I'd absolutely recommend their service to anyone managing online vacation rental properties.
Cons
When it comes to their support I haven't run into any shortcomings. I've been very happy with the service they provide.

Pros
Has been a really positive experience from the very start. The team responds quickly, the software feels acessible to use and the pricing is very reasonable. Their support is especially impressive because help comes almost immediately whereas with other platforms it usually takes much longer to hear back.
Cons
Even after about a month of using it there really isn't much I can point to as a downside.

Compared with other options I've used this gives me better value for the money. There are a few bugs here and there but the team seems genuinely willing to fix them whenever I report an issue or ask for help. Support isn't the fastest though they do respond and stay engaged.
Cons
I'd still like the interface to feel a bit more comprehensive as I move between the app and the online platform.

“outstanding rental automation”
Pros
After using the software since January 2022 to manage our two rental properties I can say it has delivered everything we need. It handles ownership details, team members and task assignments really well and the support has consistently been top notch. The coordination between admins and renters is exceptional especially through the inbox feature and the automated templates that let us send messages with very little effort. Setting up connections with external channels like Airbnb and VRBO was quick and easy. We even went through a property owner change when the properties were sold and it kept everything running without forcing us to remove listings or rebuild anything from scratch. It's rare to see a platform this strong still feel so user friendly. The team clearly puts users first. Every chat support agent has been a real person, incredibly well infomed and fast to respond so there's never been any waiting around or frustration. I can't say enough good things about the platform and would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
I honestly haven't had any negative experiences with it. To say it again I really have no complaints about it.

Pros
One of the best parts has been how quickly the service team responds and how friendly they are. Everyone is genuinely helpful and whenever something comes up they usually find a solution very fast.
Cons
The mobile version still needs work. It feels quite slow and isn't very clear to use and the dashboard could be laid out in a way that makes things easier to understand.

Their online support team is awesome. They have been a pleasure to work with and the troubleshooting steps are clear and simple to follow.
Cons
My only frustration is that support is available only online and not through a live person when something urgent comes up. There are times when being able to speak with someone directly would be really helpful.

Pros
Juggling separate inboxes across different OTAs is no longer something I have to deal with which has been a big plus. Their support team is also very quick to respond whenever questions come up. On top of that it is priced very reasonably compared with a lot of competing options.
Cons
I do wish it had a QuickBooks integration although not many PMS platforms seem to offer that anyway. There are also times when the syncing is not perfectly aligned but support always helps get it sorted out in the end.

Pros
Being able to manage all my properties from a single platform is a huge advantage. The financial reports are also very useful because they give me a clear view of my income and occupancy.
Cons
It would be even better if they added support for more payment methods in Latin America such as Mercado Pago. Even so it still works without any problems.

The message automation, calendar syncing and integration with multiple platforms have been really useful. It helps keep everything connected and saves a lot of time when managing everyday tasks.
Cons
Mobile app handles the basics well but it would be much better if all the features were available there too like access to reports or the website builder. When using it on a phone you end up wanting to do everything from one place.

“Amazing for rental syncing”
Pros
Running my short term rentals has been much better with this software. The platform does an excellent job syncing my booking calendar across airbnb, vrbo and booking.com which helps me avoid double bookings. It has also made guest communication much more convenient since I can message guests directly from the software no matter which booking site they used. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone getting started with a short term rental business or even to someone managing just a single 'STR' property.
Cons
Getting vrbo and booking.com set up in this platform gave me a bit of trouble at first but their customer service was excellent and helped me work through everything.

“All in one hosting win”
Pros
Right away the automation took a huge amount of work off my plate. Automated guest messages, smart templates and review triggers save me hours every single week. Having Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and my direct booking sites all flowing into one organized inbox and calendar has been a massive relief. I no longer stress about overlapping reservations or missing messages. The direct booking website builder was another standout. With basically one click I had a professional looking, fee free site live within an hour and Stripe was already connected for payments. The mobile app has been incredibly dependable too. I'm able to assign cleaners, approve payouts and reply to guests even when I'm out running errands. Support has also been excellent. The live chat team responds fast and actually helps solve the issue instead of pasting generic help articles.
Cons
The reporting tools are very capable but a few of the more advanced revenue reports can take a couple of extra steps to locate. Adding a dedicated favorites tab or a quick filter would make that part of the platform even faster.
