Reliable reservations

Pros

Working with this software has been very easy. The system is simple to figure out yet it still provides all the key data needed day to day. It makes managing reservations much more manageable and the support team that comes with it has been outstanding.

Cons

One issue is the delay in receiving OTA reservations whether the booking is made in house or through the Booking Engine. At times the lag is only around 8 seconds while other times it can take up to a minute. Even those small differences matter a lot when trying to avoid overbookings.

powerful platform for bigger hotels

Pros

Is a highly advanced platform with a wide range of strong features which makes it especially well suited for medium sized and large hotels. It also connects smootly with other products and the customer support team has been excellent.

Cons

A few features are a bit more complex to learn compared with some competing systems. That said once you understand how everything works the platform performs very well.

helpful setup but clunky backend

Pros

Getting started felt intimidating at first but the setup and integration team handled it very professionally and guided us through the whole process without any issues. They were clear about each step we needed to take, answered questions quickly and never hesitated to go over things again when we needed extra clarification. Their support made the rollout feel much more manageable.

Cons

The back end feels a little clunky and the menu structure is not always very simple to figure out.

Solid GDS reservation tool

Pros

We use this platform for handling our GDS reservations and overall it has been decent for that purpose.

Cons

It could be a lot more user friendly and having better support available would definitely help.

powerful system, frustrating support

Pros

Seems like a powerful system especially if you have someone technical on staff or enough time to teach yourself how to use it again whenever you need to go back into it.

Cons

Their support was inconsistent when it came to responding. I stopped using the platform but the billing kept going for nearly a year afterward...and I may even still be getting charged and receiving irritating emails as if my account were still active.

wide channel reach, weak support

Pros

It connects with a large number of channels and keeps things consistent across them which is a real advantage.

Cons

Support from this company is hard to get when needed. Responses are slow, things often get missed and I usually have to follow up more than once to get help. They also seem stretched thin and it doesn't feel like service is improving as they continue acquiring more companies.

Pros

A reliable app for hotel bookings and does exactly what it's meant to do without any unnecessary extras.

Cons

There were a few occasional issues with timeouts and the app closing unexpectedly.

It's improved a lot over time with plenty of new features and added options now available.

Cons

The Groups feature still feels underdeveloped. We've contacted TC several times about making improvements within that part of the software.

Pros

Right from the start the interface felt very user friendly and gave my company a much needed competitive advantage. The results have been excellent.

Cons

At times it did seem to lag a bit even when using one of the strongest commercial internet connections available.

quick setup and user friendly

Pros

Getting this software up and running was very easy and using it day to day was even simpler. Even team members who aren't very comfortable with technology were able to understand it without much trouble.

Cons

There were times when it would suddenly shut down or close without any warning. It may have been related to the internet connection but it was still a bit frustrating when it happened.

Efficient reports for pricing

Pros

The reports you get are really useful for making daily pricing decisions from an operations perspective.

Cons

Setting up new users in the software is a bit confusing and I wish that part were more user friendly. I ended up having to call support to get walked through it.
