Pros
Among the more user friendly hotel management systems I've used this one offers solid value for the price. It can be customized to match specific user needs which makes it more practical for different setups. Mobile support is available as well and that adds to its convenience.
Cons
At the moment it's only offered as a Windows desktop application. English is the only language supported right now and it would be better if it were available on additional platforms too. Support for Mac and other operating systems would make it much more versatile.

Using this system through any web browser is really convenient as long as there's an internet connection. It allows customers to reach and use the hotel's services from virtually anywhere which makes access much more flexible.
Cons
