Faster hotel operations

Pros

Managing the hotel feels much quicker and more organized with this software, from bookings to room handling and daily operations during a guest's stay.

Cons

Customer support responds a bit slowly and could definitely improve. There are also times when the system lags which makes certain tasks take longer than they should.

Versatile hotel tool at fair pricing

Pros

Among the more user friendly hotel management systems I've used this one offers solid value for the price. It can be customized to match specific user needs which makes it more practical for different setups. Mobile support is available as well and that adds to its convenience.

Cons

At the moment it's only offered as a Windows desktop application. English is the only language supported right now and it would be better if it were available on additional platforms too. Support for Mac and other operating systems would make it much more versatile.

Flexible browser based hotel access

Pros

Using this system through any web browser is really convenient as long as there's an internet connection. It allows customers to reach and use the hotel's services from virtually anywhere which makes access much more flexible.

Cons

One downside is that it needs frequent updates and that can make it fairly costly for smaller hotels to maintain.
