“outdated and disconnected”
Pros
Getting started with this system was simple and my staff were able to pick it up very quickly too. One of my biggest priorities when selecting a PMS is customer support and this one does a solid job in that area.
Cons
My issue is that it feels very outdated. It also doesn't allow integration with Channel Managers and that was a major problem for me since most of my bookings were coming through third party channel managers.

“Powerful support”
Pros
Right from the start the support team has been outstanding. The system is flexible and offers plenty of customization especially when it comes to property configuration. Features like the Rate Wizard and Report Wizard are very useful and the software is simple to use overall. It also provides comprehensive reports, works smoothly across multiple properties and gets updated frequently which keeps it reliable and current.
Cons
One limitation is that since it's a cloud based system it completely depends on having an internet connection. If the internet goes down you can't really use the software so a stable connection is absolutely necessary.

“Centralized multi property convenience”
Pros
Running different hotels, restaurants and bars through the multi property setup has been really useful for us. With a single login for all properties it's much more convenient to manage everything in one place. It also makes reporting and analyzing the overall business mix much simpler for our Sales and Marketing team. On top of that our centralized reservations team can view availability across all hotels and make bookings right away.
Cons
Support is usually delayed especially on weekends.

Pros
Comes across as a well informed partner backed by years of experience in the hotel industry. The support team is made up of passionate professionals who really understand the business and have the right expertise. Using it can help increase total revenue and improve ADR.
Cons
At times it can be a bit slow.
