“Terrible software for tenants

There's honestly nothing positive I can say about this tool.

Cons

As a tenant, the biggest problem is that there's no option to download the signed inventory which means you're left with absolutely no copy of what was agreed or recorded. It feels like one of those setups that gives all the control to landlords while leaving tenants with no evidence at all.

I don't have any positive comments about this software.

Cons

Absolutely terrible service from Inventory Hive. The inventory company I had been using shut down and the inventories created through Inventory Hive also stopped working. By the end of the tenancy, the reports, including the photos, would not open properly which created a lot of stress and made deposit deductions extremely difficult. I would strongly advise against using Inventory Hive.

fantastic product I really can't recommend it highly enough. It has essentially made tenant disputes a thing of the past.

I haven't experienced any cons at all.
