The mobile application allows the inspector to operate Ricoh Theta and Insta360 cameras directly from their mobile device. After a complete room view is captured, the system instantly attaches the image data to the correct room or space in the report. This increases the speed and detail when gathering photographic evidence on-site.

The system offers a digital approval process where the tenant receives the report through email and can apply a remote signature using any connected device. Tenants are given seven days to check and officially approve the document's contents. If no response is recorded after this time, the initial signature is accepted as the final approval.
