Pros
The pop-up notifications are genuinely useful. They gently remind tenants when a bill is due, right when they need it which helps make sure payments aren't forgotten or delayed. It's a small feature but it has a big impact on improving on-time payments and reducing follow-up work for property managers. Simple, thoughtful and effective.
Cons
It would be even better if there were more options to customize the property details and calculate income from flat rentals more effectively.
