“It's an awesome communication tool
Pros
What I appreciate the most about Knock is its integrations, which allow me to avoid re-entering data across multiple systems.
Cons
In the start, navigating through the tabs was a bit confusing.

“Amazing CRM software
Pros
Knock's best features are the ability to create custom response templates, transfer prospects to sister properties and the various settings and functions it offers. I have even earned the nickname "queen of Knock" and I genuinely love using the platform!
Cons
If on site team members don't fully understand or are not proficient with Knock, things can pile up, especially if reminders aren't set up properly. This is more of an operator error than a Knock issue, but it can get frustrating. The key to success with this is making sure there's sufficient training and utilizing its support.

“Good integration options
Pros
The ease of use is a standout. Features like setting reminders for myself and coworkers, merging guest cards when necessary and keeping a follow up record are incredibly useful. While it is a cool tool, it might not be essential. I say this because we notice fewer prospects, leads and tours compared to when we used Gmail for our initial contact point.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the tour scheduling. Most of the time, prospects either don't show up or cancel randomly. It feels less personal than speaking to someone over the phone or in person. Also we are getting fewer leads from Gmail and phone calls than we used to, which is odd. Sometimes the follow-up reminders can feel repetitive and I wish I could decide when to follow up and some prospects prefer to reach out themselves and don't want to be bombarded with emails. I have also had prospects mention that Knock's notifications are annoying, which can be less productive at times.

“Organization is great
Pros
Everything is centralized and stored in one place, making it easier to access.
Cons
It's hard to save certain things and you can't send texts longer than 150 characters on the desktop version. There is also a small issue with data resolution when syncing with property management software.

“Awesome software and service
Pros
There are so many features I love. As a Training Director, I particularly appreciate that the system records incoming calls and timestamps the team's activities. This helps me hold the team accountable and allows me to identify areas where they need further training or support.
Cons
I think the format could be a bit easier on the eyes. Our teams spend a lot of time in Knock and I would personally prefer different coloring.

“On the top!
Pros
This is easy to implement and use, with the best customer service of any product I currently use. It offers more features than the two other options we tried.
Cons
Site teams had some trouble at first but once they started using it, they got the hang of it.

“Its fantastic!
Pros
It's user friendly and an excellent way to maintain communication with prospects while keeping a record of those interactions. The colorful reporting and dashboard make daily tasks easy to navigate.
Cons
Scoring can be hard to understand at times, especially when comparing the "live score" and the "average score."

“Very good
Pros
Knock is a detailed, very simple to navigate system that tracks calls, emails, SMS and more.
Cons
It keep showing the lost prospects sometimes. It doesn't merge well with YARDI so prospects who have already leased a property still appear and when you try to merge the contacts, there's always an error.

“Great value for your money!
Pros
Automated reports are the most impactful feature for me. I have reports set to come in daily, weekly and monthly so I can track overall site performance. My site teams also find it incredibly easy and friendly to use, which is essential for those who use it daily.
Cons
I would like the Craigslist posting tool to be a little more robust but overall, I am very satisfied with the platform as it is.

“Top tier CRM tool
Pros
The dashboard is clean and simplifies managing our day to day traffic, providing a unique way to handle the high volume we receive.
Cons
The duplicate option doesn't always filter how I would like it to. I think having more options, like a PMS, would be great.
