Pros

Being someone who likes to keep everything organized I really appreciate the detailed and distinctive reports I can print on all kinds of topics. I've also been very pleased with the online support I received whenever I ran into issues. The help came from a senior team member was professional and was handled in a reasonable amount of time especially considering I reached out over the weekend. Other companies may talk about why they're better and maybe they are but when I needed a program quickly this had both the software and the customer service I was looking for. I also value the updates and the clear explanations about what they can do, what they can't and the reasons why. Very reasonable overall.

Cons

The only improvement that comes to mind is having the option to speak with a representative by phone when I need faster assistance. Aside from that I'm still learning the system and honestly feeling very happy with it.

Pros

We've had this software in place since 2006 and it has handled about 100 tenants across 50 different houses and small apartment buildings really well. It didn't take long to learn and using it day to day has been very simple.

Cons

One thing that feels a bit outdated is that it doesn't connect directly with QuickBooks at least not in the version I use. That said you can still import Excel spreadsheets organized by category into QuickBooks so there is a workable alternative.

Pros

There are plenty of reports available and the software is very user friendly. It's simple to figure out and doesn't take long to learn at all.

Cons

Its missing one specific report I still have to put together manually for my accountant each year although the software does offer a wide range of reporting options overall.
