Lead tracking made simple

Pros

Keeping track of leads is really simple and having all the information stored in one place makes a big difference. I can switch between team members to check where everyone stands and quickly spot if anything has been overlooked.

Cons

Uploading attachments to template emails was a bit confusing at first. It took some time to work through and figure out which emails had which attachment but after testing it a bit I was able to understand how it works.

powerful all in one crm

Pros

Its an all in one email, CRM and process/task management place which has been a big plus. It's simple to set up, flexible to customize and it syncs well with our property management software. Another thing I really appreciate is that they keep making updates and improving the platform based on customer feedback.

Cons

Their shared email feature is still being refined. It already works fairly well but it should be even better once they finish the improvements.

workflow transformation that delivers

Pros

Since we started using this our processes have become much more organized and our productivity has gone up noticeably. Their solution has completely changed the way we handle our workflow for the better.

Cons

I haven't run into any negatives at all. I'm completely satisfied with it and if anything I only wish we had started using this app much earlier.

lead nurturing that keeps working

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is how it keeps nurturing leads long after they're first captured which makes it possible to stay in touch with them for future rental opportunities.

Cons

The downside is how demanding the system can be. If I miss even a single day of handling tasks everything seems to get thrown off and the task flow becomes a mess.

Great support and task tools

Pros

Whenever a glitch comes up their customer support team is quick to step in and resolve it which keeps downtime very low. They actually listen to feedback and continue improving the software over time. It has brought a lot of value to our company and the task management feature has been a complete game changer for how we run the business.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. It has provided a high quality product that makes our work flow more clearly and keeps everything transparent.

flexible workflows, fast adoption

Pros

Building new workflows was really easy which helped our team adapt to procedural changes quickly and without a lot of friction.

Cons

I do wish the onboarding had been more comprehensive. From the way it was presented during the sales process I expected a more hands on onboarding experience.

tasks never slip through

Pros

Something I really appreciate is how well it keeps my team aligned on their tasks so nothing gets overlooked. Being able to add instructions is also a big plus since it doubles as a really helpful training tool for staff.

Cons

Honestly there's not much to complain about because it's been a very solid software program for us. If I had to mention anything it would be that I occasionally need support when building or adjusting processes.

No more missed emails

Pros

Having everything kept inside LeadSimple means we don't have to worry anymore about losing an email trail. It has also taken a lot of pressure off the office since things are much less likely to be missed or forgotten when something needs to be sent.

Cons

My biggest complaint is that we didn't start using it earlier. There was definitely some difficulty working with it at first but after using it for a long time it has become incredibly helpful whenever a task comes up.

task tracking peace of mind

Pros

Having this software keeps my everyday tasks under control which gives me real peace of mind. It also lets me add notes for the team so it's easier to keep everyone updated.

Cons

With the new version I'm having trouble locating certain options. For example I can't tell where the unassigned emails are anymore because I only see my own.

Well informed support

Pros

Whenever I reach out their support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. They know the product well and usually sort out my issues in no time.

Cons

I haven't had a bad experience with their support team. Any problem that comes up gets handled and resolved very quickly.

Simple follow-ups

Pros

Keeping up with follow ups and daily work is very simple with this platform. Whenever help is needed the team responds quickly and they are always incredibly kind and pleasant to work with.

Cons

They're still improving how well it adapts on smartphones. It's not quite where it should be yet but they are making progress.

more yeses with better follow up

Pros

The software has made it much easier to stay on top of every conversation I have with leads. Between the notes, call playback and the option to build drip campaigns that keep communication going consistently I've been able to turn some clients who originally said 'no' into 'yes' once they get past the intial stages.

Cons

A downside is that the calls and messages can come across as a bit too automated especially with the SMS opt out notice. Because of that some clients may hesitate to reply or seem cautious about responding at all.

custom workflows keep us on track

Pros

It has automated a lot of our daily work. It keeps us updated on what needs to get done each day and shows us exactly where each process stands.

Cons

The setup took a very long time because everything is so customized and there wasn't much direct support from them during implementation.

Powerful drip campaigns

Pros

Using this software feels very easy and the interface is simple to work with. The marketing drip campaigns are excellent and I can handle several tasks at once without constantly saving or switching between screens too often.

Cons

It doesn't load right away and can take a bit of time to connect with other phone dialing software. Also the way leads are displayed could be improved with a better layout or view.

Adjustable task scheduling

Pros

Scheduling tasks works really well and it's flexible enough to adjust based on changing needs. Small edits can be made as you go and the way it calculates dates and times is accurate too.

Cons

Something that gets frustrating is the error message that shows up after sending or closing emails. It immediately says there's an error and I end up having to reload the page every time.

flexible workflows that cut busywork

Pros

One of the best parts is how flexible the system is. It can be set up to fit your existing process really well and it has even helped improve ours by cutting out a lot of the internal back and forth.

Cons

At times the platform does feel a little slow. However they are actively working on improving the speed which should make it even better.

Cons

Pros

Managing texts, emails and calls is really simple and the new inbox has been a huge help for our team so I definitely appreciate that update.

Cons

At first adjusting to the changes was a bit challenging but after some time it became easy to work with the new inbox.

Pros

The interface feels user friendly, with quick access to the options you need and the verification process works really well too.

Cons

Sometimes it asks for a code every day even when the "remind this device for 30 days" option is selected although it doesn't happen consistently.

Built for SFR success

Pros

After more than 10 years of using this software I still wouldn't consider switching. The platform has kept adapting and improving over time and that ongoing evolution has been a big plus for us. It's very specifically built for the SFR property management industry which makes a real difference compared to more generic tools. On top of that the leadership team and the people behind the company have been consistently solid and that has added a lot of confidence in staying with them long term.

Cons

The project management side could use a bit more depth when it comes to features but for us that's a manageable tradeoff given how strong the platform is in serving the specific needs of the industry.
