Pros
Keeping track of leads is really simple and having all the information stored in one place makes a big difference. I can switch between team members to check where everyone stands and quickly spot if anything has been overlooked.
Cons
Uploading attachments to template emails was a bit confusing at first. It took some time to work through and figure out which emails had which attachment but after testing it a bit I was able to understand how it works.

“powerful all in one crm
Pros
Its an all in one email, CRM and process/task management place which has been a big plus. It's simple to set up, flexible to customize and it syncs well with our property management software. Another thing I really appreciate is that they keep making updates and improving the platform based on customer feedback.
Cons
Their shared email feature is still being refined. It already works fairly well but it should be even better once they finish the improvements.

One of the biggest benefits is how it keeps nurturing leads long after they're first captured which makes it possible to stay in touch with them for future rental opportunities.
Cons
The downside is how demanding the system can be. If I miss even a single day of handling tasks everything seems to get thrown off and the task flow becomes a mess.

Whenever a glitch comes up their customer support team is quick to step in and resolve it which keeps downtime very low. They actually listen to feedback and continue improving the software over time. It has brought a lot of value to our company and the task management feature has been a complete game changer for how we run the business.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints. It has provided a high quality product that makes our work flow more clearly and keeps everything transparent.

Something I really appreciate is how well it keeps my team aligned on their tasks so nothing gets overlooked. Being able to add instructions is also a big plus since it doubles as a really helpful training tool for staff.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to complain about because it's been a very solid software program for us. If I had to mention anything it would be that I occasionally need support when building or adjusting processes.

“No more missed emails
Pros
Having everything kept inside LeadSimple means we don't have to worry anymore about losing an email trail. It has also taken a lot of pressure off the office since things are much less likely to be missed or forgotten when something needs to be sent.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that we didn't start using it earlier. There was definitely some difficulty working with it at first but after using it for a long time it has become incredibly helpful whenever a task comes up.

The software has made it much easier to stay on top of every conversation I have with leads. Between the notes, call playback and the option to build drip campaigns that keep communication going consistently I've been able to turn some clients who originally said 'no' into 'yes' once they get past the intial stages.
Cons
A downside is that the calls and messages can come across as a bit too automated especially with the SMS opt out notice. Because of that some clients may hesitate to reply or seem cautious about responding at all.

Using this software feels very easy and the interface is simple to work with. The marketing drip campaigns are excellent and I can handle several tasks at once without constantly saving or switching between screens too often.
Cons

Scheduling tasks works really well and it's flexible enough to adjust based on changing needs. Small edits can be made as you go and the way it calculates dates and times is accurate too.
Cons
Something that gets frustrating is the error message that shows up after sending or closing emails. It immediately says there's an error and I end up having to reload the page every time.

“Built for SFR success
Pros
After more than 10 years of using this software I still wouldn't consider switching. The platform has kept adapting and improving over time and that ongoing evolution has been a big plus for us. It's very specifically built for the SFR property management industry which makes a real difference compared to more generic tools. On top of that the leadership team and the people behind the company have been consistently solid and that has added a lot of confidence in staying with them long term.
Cons
The project management side could use a bit more depth when it comes to features but for us that's a manageable tradeoff given how strong the platform is in serving the specific needs of the industry.

Running both an in office staff and a remote team has become much more manageable with this software. It's made it simple to put processes in place and refine them as needed so everyone can stick to the right workflows without me having to constantly check in or micromanage. The system is flexible enough that during our weekly team meetings, we can spot problems, make adjustments and keep improving how we work. The team also likes that their feedback is taken seriously which helps them work more efficiently while cutting out repetitive tasks through templates and automation. Overall it has made our operations far more organized and boosted productivity in a big way.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints about it although I can see how the full software might feel overwhelming to new users at first. That said it has done a solid job providing webinars and encouraging third-party support to help clients learn the system and become more efficient.

“responsive onboarding

Right from onboarding the customization options and support have been a big plus. Once the training is done and you've spent some time getting familiar with the interface the platform becomes much easier to use. The design team has also been very responsive when it comes to feedback and feature requests which makes a real difference. Features for business process design, management and automation are especially valuable. On top of that integrations with Microsoft, Zapier and other web based tools help data move between systems much more efficiently. The ROI has been excellent especially for remote work and virtual teams.
Cons
At the beginning the GUI can be a little difficult to figure out although the design has clearly improved over time. Process and workflow customization also wasn't the most accessible part of the system but to be fair very few softwares get that completely right. Reporting and analytics still feel a bit lighter than some comparable platforms though it sounds like improvements are already being worked on.

After just a few short training sessions with their team this felt very acessible and easy to work with. Their support team was also incredibly responsive and helpful while I was getting comfortable with the system. On top of that it could be customized really well to match my company's specific processes.
Cons
Like most tech platforms I ran into a few minor bugs and a handful of commonsense features that still needed to be added or refined. None of it got in the way of actually using the software though, it felt more like the kind of small details that can be missed when a product is trying to get to market quickly.
