“All-in-one rental management platform”
Pros
Having rent collection, accounting, maintenance tracking, lease management and tenant communication all in one place has made a big difference for me. LeaseBase keeps everything organized inside a single platform so I'm not bouncing between tools all day. The AI assistant has been genuinely helpful too because it understands the context of my portfolio and lets me pull up information fast, summarize maintenance problems and get answers without digging through old records. It's saved me a lot of time, cut down on admin work and made property management feel far less stressful.
Cons
Since it's still a newer platform, there are a few things I'd love to see built out more. More third-party integrations and extra report customization would make it even more adaptable. There's also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning simply because the system does so much but after the initial setup, the overall workflow feels clear and efficient.
