“supportive team yet laggy workflows”
Pros
Right from onboarding their team was wonderful to work with and the customer support experience stayed just as positive. Their website development team was very involved throughout the process and delivered a really polished and attractive website.
Cons
Trying to fit the software into our daily business procedures was a nightmare. The system's functions and flexibility felt far below expectations and instead of offering a organized answer to simple needs we kept being given workarounds that doubled the time required. These were very basic requests that our team had always been able to handle in our previous PMS which was also much less expensive. On top of that it seemed like when we raised these concerns it was the first time they had ever been asked about them.

“Best in class trust accounting”
Pros
Getting it up and running was simple but it still has the advanced functions needed to operate and grow a business without feeling limited. The accounting module is outstanding and can manage multiple rules, regulations, taxes, fees and splits across different cities and states. I've heard plenty of nightmare stories about companies having to outsource accounting and spend more on that than their PMS because their system couldn't keep up but their trust accounting really feels best in class. It's organized in a way that's simple to figure out even for someone without a lot of experience. The included website being built on WordPress is another big plus because it's highly customizable and lets me make personal changes without needing much help. On top of that their team has been exceptional. They're happy to jump on a video call, share their screen to walk me through tasks and even record Loom videos so I can rewatch them later or use them to train my team. I'm used to dealing with email only support and waiting days for an answer so having fast responses through chat, email or phone has been a huge difference.
Cons
The only downside for me was that it didn't integrate with Brivo which I use for keyless locks and smart home management. However it wasn't really due to the software since they have an open API and Brivo is able to integrate with them whenever they choose. To their credit their team actively pushed for it and worked with Brivo to help make the integration happen and it's expected to go live later this month.

Pros
Built on newer technology the platform feels very easy to figure out, manage and use on a daily basis.
Cons
They've been moving quickly and have added a lot of integrations since I went live in March 2021 but there's still more to do around software integrations and internal features that are essential for our industry.

“strong accounting and channel sales”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the usage based billing which makes charging feel much more flexible. The accounting side is excellent and the ability to sell products through different channels is also very good. It's also nice to see the platform being improved on a regular basis.
Cons
Owner Statements still need some work and it would be much better if they could be downloaded in CSV format.

“truly committed to our success”
Pros
Running a business where client and guest results matter this much means I'm very selective about the software we rely on. This software puts in the same level of effort we do and tackles the issues that directly affect our success without hesitation. They consistently work hard to build solutions around what we actually need even in cases where it doesn't really add financial benefit for them. That kind of commitment says a lot. Because they stay focused on helping us succeed the platform gives us accurate, current information on bookings, revenue, projected income and plenty more.
Cons
It is still evolving as a platform. They're currently building a centralized communication system that should make interactions even better for both our guests and staff. Even with that still in development I'm comfortable giving them 5 stars because they already integrate with excellent communication software providers that deliver that smooth experience in the meantime.

“Built for the long haul”
Pros
The platform feels built with the future in mind. It seems ready to operate in the digital space for the next couple of decades. It is also simple to get started with which makes it a quick fit for any company just getting off the ground.
Cons
There are still a few tools I'm hoping get added soon. Specifically: a more expanded rate uploader for users who do not want dynamic pricing but still need more detailed control by both property and time. The current version works well but it does not fully cover what I need. Next, a visible monetary workflow for handling early and late check in/check out. Lastly, a Zapier integration.

It has an accounting focused setup and the information is very readable on screen.
Cons
A few small updates to the functions would make it even better like adding a symbol for pool heat, a symbol for pet fees and the ability to convert a hold into a booking.

“Reliable OTA connections and messaging”
Pros
Managing rates and minimum night restrictions is easy and those updates sync smoothly across all partner channels. The direct integrations with external OTAs perform very well which has made distribution much more reliable. The maintenance and housekeeping work order tools are also very effective. Guest communication is another strong point with messaging and scheduled templates being simple to manage and dependable in daily use. On top of that the website is easy to update and stays connected to the system without any problems.
Cons
Reporting still needs improvement. We had to give up some pace reporting we used in our previous software because it does not currently offer the same level of data. Accounting could also use additional admin controls. If something is posted incorrectly there is no way to fix or remove the transaction internally so support has to step in. Reaching support can be difficult at times especially since phone availability is limited. There have also been instances where new updates caused issues with features that were already working. Still it performs very well overall and it is fair to note that several of these concerns are already being worked on. Some earlier issues have been resolved since we started using it and the platform continues to receive regular improvements and new features.

Right from onboarding the team was incredibly supportive and helped us through the process a lot. I also really appreciate the software's tax system and the overall user experience.
Cons
There are quite a few limitations when it comes to integrations and web development. It also doesn't let you build a website exactly the way you want.

Being cloud based is a big plus and the real time updates make everyday work much more manageable. It also integrates well with BeHome247, KeyData and Wheelhouse which adds a lot of value.
Cons

Pros
Handling guest details and keeping up with payments works really well. The real time calendar is especially useful and bill/payment tracking is very dependable. Customer support has also been excellent with quick and consistently timely responses whenever questions come up.
Cons
It can take some time to get comfortable with the software. I also wish it included more preset owner reports such as a general ledger, income report and similar standard reporting options.
