“Practical all in one operations”
Pros
Having both the POS service and reservation management in the same platform makes daily operations much simpler and more manageable.
Cons
Although the menu is fairly clear at first glance many of the submenu options are not as acessible which makes certain tasks harder to complete and some information more difficult to find. It would also be very helpful to separate adults from children in reservations without being forced to use a special child rate and instead be able to choose rates based on the children's ages. Another improvement would be the option to transfer accommodation charges to other rooms so they are posted as accommodation charges in the new room rather than under extras and consumptions. It would also be useful to create multiple reservations under one person's name in the mobile version. We also work with a special partner (Glamper) and would love to have integration with their platform. We understand that developing this kind of process takes work but it would be worth checking whether there are other properties like ours (using this software) that would also be interested so the feasibility of that integration could be evaluated.

“Convenient management from anywhere”
Pros
It's very simple to use and I can access it from anywhere even on my phone.
Cons
One downside is that a payment can't be deleted once an invoice has been generated and if a customer pays more than the product costs,the system won't let me enter that payment.

The most important thing for us is that it works online so we can stay connected and use it from anywhere.

Being able to manage all my reservations directly from one single program is what I appreciated most and it's actually the reason I decided to buy the package. The software is designed in a simple way that makes it accessible for everyone. I still have more features to explore but my first impression has been very positive.
Cons
Covers all the needs of a hostel like mine so overall it does the job well. The only thing I would like to see improved is the connection with airbnb. I'm also not very fond of how the point of sale section is set up.

Using it has been very easy and the pricing is really reasonable for what it offers. The connectivity works well, support responds quickly and being cloud based means I can check everything from either a PC or my phone. It's also been very stable overall.
Cons
Has helped us cover all the operational and administrative needs of the hotel while keeping reservations and their tracking fully updated. They are also continuously improving the system and paying attention to user feedback for future updates.

“complete hotel management toolkit”
Pros
Running a small hotel or hostel is much more organized with this software. It comes with a wide range of features and modules including Point of Sale, inventory, accounting, reporting and plenty more that help manage everyday operations in one place. One feature that really impressed me and that I had never seen in a PMS before is the public API. If your organization has the ability to build its own modules you can adapt the system to match your specific needs.
Cons
There is still some room to improve especially when it comes to the graphical user interface.
