“Our experience using Manage Casa
Pros
The concept of this software is extremely pleasing, and as CEFINCO, we find the results very interesting and effective. I like the idea that it's easy to use, and we can get detailed reports on the income side of the property and track each of our properties.
Cons
One thing that could improve is access to the ManageCasa mobile app for Central America. It would also be helpful to have a chatbot option for clients to provide information about maintenance or any details regarding our properties. Overall, I find the software very intuitive.

It allows us to modernize and streamline our processes.
Cons
Whenever there are system updates, the communication to customers is lacking. After most updates, there are problems with accounting reports being changed or not working properly. However, the team is proactive in addressing any issues we have encountered.

Pros
The first things you notice about it are its ease of use and cost-effectiveness. It's a complete package that helps in all aspects of property management. The staff is very responsive, and they continually introduce new innovative ways to support our business.
Cons
ManageCasa is a growing company. While there have been some limited functionalities, they have gone the extra mile to work on those issues.

Pros
The customer care interaction was excellent. The customer team was awesome in guiding me through each module. I doubt I will ever forget that experience.
Cons
The software is easy to use, although the user interface could still be improved. However, all the modules work well together.

Pros
ManageCasa is one of the newer software products out there, and thats definitely an advantage. Their tech support is always available at no additional cost. They offer live support during business hours and the ability to submit support requests outside of regular hours. They go above and beyond to help resolve any questions or problems.
Cons
Occasionally, the performance is a bit slower than I would prefer.
