The customer service personnel were nice when they responded.
Cons
I found the software to be unintuitive and not user friendly. Their response time for resolving issues was poor. It took them two months to respond to what seemed like an easy fix.

Pros
I searched extensively for a payment portal for property owners with fewer than 50 doors. I went through training while on a cruise ship with poor internet, but the team was incredibly helpful in getting my system up and running despite my input errors.
Cons
I would prefer if it didn't allow partial payments. Currently, I'm in the process of evicting a tenant, and I don't want her to be able to make partial payments. However, it would be very helpful to record her numerous complaints electronically with a time stamp, rather than through email.

Importing all of our data and setting up everything specifically for our HOA communities was easy. The team at ManageCasa dedicated to our account was instrumental in assisting us and has been incredible.

“Horrible way of addressing clients

We didn't even get a chance to use the software because the customer service experience was ridiculous from the beginning.

I recently had a conversation with a representative and I found their professionalism lacking. As a potential client, I asked them to send me documentation via my business email address, which I provided (Various Product Offerings, Ts&Cs, How pricing works, etc.). I believe this is a standard request for a client. However, the representative informed me that they require a working live website before they can send me the necessary documents. I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind this, and I voiced my concerns. I didn't want to make a big fuss about it since I understand that policy is policy. So, I decided to sign up for a 14-day trial using a different email address (my personal address) to avoid receiving promotional emails in my business email address if I didn't like the product. I was absolutely appalled by the response I received regarding the use of two different addresses. The representative had the audacity to suggest that I was displaying standard "red flags" due to not having a website (which startup has a website?) and using different email addresses, which "validated his thoughts" on not sending me the relevant documents. Even if these are considered red flags, it is NEVER acceptable to imply to a client that they are suspicious or illegitimate. Jumping to conclusions and making customers feel uncomfortable is not good business practice. Your product may be good, but if you can't address clients appropriately, your company may lose potentially valuable customers.

“ManageCasa is a great way to manage your homeowner's casas
Pros
The customer support is absolutely the best! They respond quickly to support tickets, provide thorough and detailed training, and the team is friendly and patient. They even have helpful videos. Downloading templates for homeowners, transactions, and vendors is really easy. Setting up our property was a breeze, especially considering we started from scratch. I like how the properties, vendors, homeowners, and transactions can all sync together. When we had to send a mass email to homeowners and add documents, everything went smoothly. It's clear that a lot of thought has been put into this product and its features.
Cons
The ACH set-up can be challenging for homeowners who aren't tech-savvy.

The price was affordable, but the tools seemed good until they were actually used.
Cons
ManageCasa is like dealing with a super buggy software deployed with terrible support that doesn't answer phones or chats. We have a large portfolio of properties, but we only added four to the software, and managing those properties was an unimaginable struggle. It was a terrible experience, and you guys really need to fix the bugs and improve the UI.

“best decision ever made when it comes to property management software
Pros
Finally, there's software that is easy to use. Everything is shown and available on the app, laptop, or wherever and whenever I need it. You don't need to be an IT expert to handle this software just use common sense.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that there need to be more users so that it can be even more efficient!

Cons
The app constantly has bugs and issues. Past homeowners are still showing up alongside present homeowners, and the system continues to email past homeowners even though their information has been removed.

The fact that it's cloud-based is crucial for us since we have board members and proprietors living all across the world. I must say, their customer service is amazing. They always answer and follow up on tickets. They also do a great job of onboarding customers and guiding them through the software.
Cons
If you're importing data, there is a steep learning curve. It took us a while to figure out how to format the information because we were importing over six years of data. Additionally, there is no option to mass delete transactions, which is frustrating if we make a mistake during the import process.

It offers online payments, is easy to use, and has great customer service.
Cons
The accounting month-end cannot be locked, which means that corrections or adjustments made by staff members do not get recorded as correction batches. These issues are only caught during reconciliation. Furthermore, there is no option to apply open balances.

Whenever I have an issue the representatives are always willing to jump on a call to discuss my concerns, and they are always helpful and polite.
Cons
ManageCasa seems to still be in the early stages of development, and there are still bugs being fixed.
