Booking directly through the website feels much better with this responsive booking engine. The multilingual setup works smoothly and the design makes it simple to move through the process on any device whether I'm on a laptop or using my phone. Real time connection with the planning system keeps availability accurate which adds a lot of confidence when making a reservation. It's a smart tool for increasing direct bookings and revenue while also making the whole booking process more efficient and convenient for travelers.
Cons
Getting started with this software took a little time because the interface requires some time to figure out. Support replies were occasionally slower than expected and connecting third party services came with a few difficulties as well which can reduce overall efficiency.

Pros

Cons

Working with this software feels refreshing compared with how complicated hotel management systems usually are and the integration process is very simple.
Cons
Handling reservations in this platform has been incredibly simple. Checking availability, creating bookings and taking care of changes or cancellations all feels organized and accurate. The check in and check out flow is much faster now too since it helps us issue key cards, process payments and generate invoices quickly which lets us give guests the efficient service they expect. Even the customer support has been excellent.

Pros
Having everything consolidated into one reasonably priced platform is a big advantage with this platform. It brings together multiple software solutions in a single tool and the variety of modules makes it a really solid fit for handling pretty much any hotel operation.
Cons
The customer email feature is a bit more complicated than it should be and could definitely use some simplification. Aside from that there really isn't anything major to complain about.
